Great Nurse and admin service

I’ve been to several neurologists in my lifetime I’m 32 years old. Being I’ve had to come across so many different neuros bc I have moved and have health issues, I will Be honest Dr Rubin has been the absolute BEST not only Dr and Professional but human in a medical office I’ve ever been treated by. And I have many other health problems that have made me come across so many drs in life. At my worst of worst, he didn’t force things on me, he made me feel encouraged and treated me like a person and not a genuine pig. He didn’t throw 100 tests at a time on me he wasn’t looking for cash like most other drs in these days do, he did his job and executed it perfectly. I wouldn’t recommend any one else but Dr. Jeffery Rubin himself. I thank him for allowing me to go home with the knowledge and self esteem I do now have that I never did.this was just my first appointment and I was just about to walk out of the waiting room bc of my symptoms but just as I got up I was called into the room and it was like god sent him to me. The office and employees at the desk, as well as nurse are all kind and friendly I give Dr Rubin and his staff an 11 out of 10 stars. Thank you so much! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an appointment last year and it was rescheduled 5 times before I was seen. The receptionist is disrespectful and rude, both in person and over the phone. I called over a month ago to get in touch with Dr. Rubin, and I never heard from him again, I called again and the receptionist lied and said he left me a message, but that she would have him call me again. That never happened, so I never came back for a new appointment. I was referred to him for migraines, and when I saw him he told me he had no idea why I was having migraines, like obviously that’s why I’m here. He’s stupid, forgetful, and impersonal.

he didn’t even do anything for .he literally look at me and said I was young my issue will go away 2MONTHS I’m still having the same issues. He didn’t do a MRI or nothing. And I waited a whole month for him just not to do anything

100% HORRIBLE. The first appointment we waited an hour and a half. The follow up appointment we were told was not the day we came, rather the following month ,which was not what I scheduled. I gathered all medical records from him and we will never return. We will NEVER recommend Dr. Rubin to anyone. I am not surprised at his poor rating and other negative reviews.

I have been under care by neurologist in the past and this one is lacking in knowledge. My Dr. already gave me the exact exam this one administered. I guess my Dr. thought I would receive help and this I did not receive. I was very disappointed with the non caring attitude.

Had to hang up before making the appointment because the woman was so rude and so nasty to me every time I try talking she cut me off and she treated me like I was a petulant child find another office to go to the staff is extremely rude

This is the first negative review I have ever written. One star is more than I would give to Dr. Jeffery Rubin. I had an 9:30am appointment and did not sit with the Dr until after 11:30am. I met with him for 10 minutes. He did absolutely nothing for me, had no explanations, no mri, no advise, nothing. His nurse was extremely offensive and rude. I then waited an other 35 minutes in the waiting room for a Dr. note to provide to my employer. In all I was there for approx. 4 hrs and had absolutely nothing resolved. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!

It is true that I had to wait, but it was worth it, I dedicate the necessary time to my son, an excellent examination, we left with the proper diagnosis and treatment without wasting time on unnecessary and expensive examinations, I am very grateful, he is an excellent professional and a great human being. very pleased, Dr Jeffrey Irwin R, thank you very much Esteban A Chaviano

Sorry... Not Impressed AT ALL. 2:15 pm.. is DIFFERENT than 3:35 pm. Dr. Rubin. I may not have a medical degree, but I CAN tell time. Office staff, short with patients.. almost condescending. (If you don't like dealing with people, then perhaps the service industry not for you.) Entire visit was an insult.
