Dr Grabel performed a three level cervical fusion and saved my future quality of life! I am now 7 weeks healing from the surgery and all is looking good. Dr. Grabel was my first choice even after having second opinions. From the first appointment, I felt Dr Grabel was more than competent to complete the surgery, but I think it was his energy and heart that made my choice. This whole process is very overwhelming, but Dr Grabel's competence and kindness put me at ease. He takes the time to explain the problem, the solution and answers all questions. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I have to also give wonderful accolades to Shyann. She managed the whole pre-op process making sure I understood everything and also insuring all necessary forms, doctor's release orders, etc were in order with no problems prior to surgery. Post-op, she was always there to answer questions and help with my anxieties. Thank you big time, Dr Grabel and staff!!!!!!!!

On a scale of 1-10, Dr Jordan Grabel is a 15!! He answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable regarding a serious cervical spine injury. This is THE surgeon to trust!!

I had surgical consultations with three different neurosurgeons before electing surgery and a physician. I selected Dr. Jordan Grabel to perform my two level ACDF procedure. He came highly recommended by other doctors (on whom he had operated) and other past patients. As an attorney, I spoke with other lawyers who practice personal injury law and all spoke highly of Dr. Grabel. I was not rushed during the office appointments and the procedure was throroughly explained. I am now 8 weeks post-op and making a full recovery.

I felt very confident with Dr. Jordan Grabel from my first visit with him and knew I would be in good hands. He explained the extent of the surgery to my husband and I. I was sent to Dr Grabel due to a Workers Comp. injury. Unfortunately either Dr Grabel was misinformed about the accident date for which he was treating me, or he is just another WC doctor desperate for patients. He looked at an MRI which was almost 2 years old, even the the accident occurred two months ago. Dr Grabel said there was nothing that he can do for me, as the recent accident was not covered under WC. I explained to him that it was covered by WC, as the appointment with him on that date was due to a mediation settlement for which my employer accepted responsibilty. He continued to say there was nothing he can do for me.

The experience was awesome from start to finish. My surgery went perfect. I’m pain free and back to normal. Dr.Jordon Grabel is excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

After having two surgeries by a butcher, I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Grabel. This was 1997 and I was in need of another surgery. The first two surgeries I had to have physical therapy to walk again. The morning after Dr. Grabel did my surgery I was out of bed and walking around and I'm still walking today 25 years later. If I ever need back surgery again, I will only let Dr. Grabel or his son touch me. Susan S. you missed out on a great surgeon.

Dr Grabel took the time to show me and my husband what my neck looks like on his screen and the problems that needed correcting. He explained the timeframe of how long I had before more problems would show up. He answered our many questions with the assurance he would be able to correct the problems in my neck. We did not feel rushed or pressured into scheduled surgery. He said let me know when you're ready for surgery and until that time I will continue to monitor you every three months. We went home and talked about it and I had the surgery on Dec 20, 2021. He was right, I feel so much better than I had been. He has a quick wit personality and is just a general all-around nice doctor. If you are having an issue go see him. He is a neurosurgeon/spine specialist. His son is also a spine specialist. He had previously performed gamma knife surgery on an acoustic (ear) tumor I have had for years. Dr Grabel is a Doctor's Doctor. He came highly recommended to us by the best of the best.

All I have to say is thank god for Dr. Grabel. I'm 34 years old & had a cervical disc replacement 7 weeks ago. I was involved in a car accident in 2014 which left me with bulging discs. Over the years I suffered pain in my neck, but was able to manage with OTC meds. This past July I randomly had debilitating pain & stiffness in my neck, which progressed into my shoulder + tingling/numbness/weakness in my forearm & hand. After an MRI, they found a massive herniation with a tear in C5/6. I was recommended to see Dr. Grabel & he thoroughly explained what was going on & what my treatment options were. After attempting PT (which only made me feel worse), surgery was my only option. As nervous as I was, he & his wonderful staff made me feel at ease, answering my never-ending questions with compassion. My surgery was textbook perfection & I have improved tremendously. I couldn't feel more blessed to be given my life back by the hands of this incredibly talented & caring neurosurgeon.
