Wait time is horrendous. Office staff at front desk don't care about you or your children. I've been consistently going to this office for several years and ever since the girl that was working there died, this whole office has died. The office staff don't care about you they only care about clicking out at the end of the day. Now they've sold to Soma medical center #4 and they are worse. I am taking my 5 children and going away to another doctor for good. I'm sure they'll be happy. Because they don't care. You are just another insurance claim for them. My insurance sent me charges they never did for my children. MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS INSURANCE FRAUD!!!! Never again will I step foot in this place. My final appointment was today. I need my son's physical for school and they use that as black mail to make me wait. Horrible things! Ghetto! After I wrote my review Michelle Ballard took advantage to talk to me in the room while the door was shut! I felt unsafe and walked out with my son. Very unprofessional and uncaring about minors in the room. Can't get mad over a review that's true...
