I'm really grateful Dr Muniz is the physician I was assigned to. This was my first appointment and immediately felt comfortable as the doctor has a wonderful bedside manner, is non intimidating and listened which made it easy discussing my symptoms and past medical history. I highly recommend Dr Muniz.

I called Dr. Muniz' office located on Village Boulevard to make an appointment. And DAYZ (hopefully is her real name) was so Rude, that I decided not to proceed with the appointment (she sounded very unhappy). Undoubtedly, she is also lacking Customer Service Training. I will abstain from contacting this provider; and I do not want anyone related to me to experience this unprofessional behavior. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity; and no regard to race or ethnic group.

I am so fortunate to have this doctor. My experience since I entered the building starting with the staff, Nurse practioner and doctor are exceptional. I love there professional matter. Also Tess who always their for me. Excelente work Dr. Juan Carlos staff. 10/10.

I called Dr. Muniz Garcia's office and left a message to schedule an appointment. And was called back shortly after, but unfortunately I missed the call. And to my delight his assistant, Ms. Paola Negron tried to reach me on consecutive days, until I was able to schedule a much needed appointment with the doctor. When I got to the doctor's office, needless to say I was greeted very warmly by Ms. Negron. Dr. Muniz Garcia was very courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently took the time to explain my condition and treatment. I felt very comfortable.
