Dr.Kelly has little patience. I wish he was more informed about the way in which CMT affects the eyelids. I made the mistake of saying I can’t when I should have said I am trying because I was. It was very difficult to understand his attitude.

Dr Kevin Kelly is truly the best of the best! I had a retinal vein occlusion and began to lose my site all the sudden after I hit my head. H is staff got me in quickly and assessed my condition and began to treat me immediately. He is truly one of the few great doctors amongst medical professionals in the retinal specialist field! I am so grateful to him for preserving my vision!

Dr kelly is awesome.He is always smiling .very careful and efficient .after being diagnosed with macular degeneration.i was kind of depressed.he has helped it to improve and made a big difference in my life.i wouldnt go anywhere else.He is the best

Called Dr. Kelly to schedule an appointment for an exam and diagnosis, receptionist replied "this if for retina" I told her that's exactly why I called, I believe I have a torn retina. Silence. She then responded, "Who told you you had a torn retina"? I informed her that I once worked with Dr. Kelly, know the symptoms and need to get checked. Again silence. Dr. Kelly is one of the top eye surgeons in Florida, but the front desk gives off the impression they do not need new patients. Sort of shocked at the response I got, I told her that I'll call back.

Excellent doc. Dr. Kelly presented me with all of my options, explained each one of them to me, and the medical consequences of each. Then Dr. Kelly made his recommendation and explained why. I visited 2 other docs prior to him that did none of that! Further, he has an excellent personality and demeanor. He is open to answering all of your questions and yet does not waste your time (or his). Saved me from a huge mistake also (Eye health wise & $s.) He had my very best interest in mind.
