I gave them a 2 because I had to, to leave review! Also the aesthetician Carolina is amazing! But they bring you in on a promotion then after facial they bring you into a room to get scammed into one of their packages! First off I went into this room with a man named Joseph who’s worse than a car sales man!! He has no business giving out products for the face if he’s not the person who evaluated your face and performed the facial! He is no aesthetician! He gave me products that clogged my face because they were too oily! Tells you this lie about how they have the best equipment and products but doesn’t even have some of them available for them to perform on you when you go in. He asked me what I was looking for was told what I would benefit from by the aesthetician who first seen me and then he signed me up for the silver plan for like $3200 tells me nothing down get home and I have a $500 charge on my account I made a big deal so he gives me a “deal” and tries to discount it and changes company. Says he’ll drop it to $1500. Did not let me cancel cause of products I hadn’t even opened yet then it turns out they do not even have 2 of the machines to perform the jet peel or cryo facial. Mind you those were the 2 bigger ones on that plan. Don’t even think microdermabrasion was done. Only 3 sessions and they were suppose to complete all those on there? Even the Aesthetician agreed that would be impossible. They did the pumpkin peel all 3 times I went in and I believe hydrofacial as well as a little led light therapy and 1 time a little mesotherapy. The pics I put up are before even coming in, after my 1st, 2nd, after last visit and now. I also included package he selected and promotion I went in on. My face is horrible now with new breakouts everyday! It was not like this! My #1 advise is do not read pin to them that gets sent to your phone or email from like affirm, care credit or anything like that. He told me he was checking options but he wasn’t he was actually agreeing to the financing plan! Everything happens so quick. The facial had me in a daze and all but clearly this place only cares about taking your money! The young lady’s there are just on the clock and can only do so much. Tried calling corporate that did nothing! Going to see a dermatologist to confirm but I know this place caused this breakout to my face! Never had acne this bad and 2nd time getting a facial my entire life!

Tracy was amazing!! Very friendly and pleasamt! Great personality and knowledgeable on skin!But beware. The promotion is a gimmick. I only received a mini facial. They try to sell you a $3000.00 package deal on what you really want to treat.

My facial was very relaxing I highly recommend for that the spay overs many packages the only thing is after someone else tries to up sell you something mine was a 4k red therapy hand unit . I say don't try to sell anything after let the people enjoy their service and make available what you offer and let them decide for that part I can't recommend everything else I can recommend
