Walked in as a new client. I had been diagnosed Type 2 for 2 years at 30years old 58 145 lbs. Dr Guttierez walked in the room at our first ever appointment looked at me looked at the chart and said You are Type 1 this is wrong. Gave me a LADA Latent Auto Immune Disorder in Adults Type 1 diagnosis. My previous Endo hadnt even herd of it. Dr Guttierez has helped my switch meds and fought to get me CGM continuous glucose Monitor that has helped me drop my A1C from low 7s to low 6s.

I saw dr Gutierrez and she was ok. She told me that they would get back to me with my bloodwork in about a week. I did not get a call so I started to leave messages. I left 5 messages and no call back. I needed the results to be faxed to my new internist before she saw me. I canceled one appointment with her due to no response. I am now going up to the office to get it myself. I will never go back.

New patient... if Dr. Maria doesn’t get a hold on her front desk will end up with no patient. I called the office to schedule an appointment was on hold for 15 prior from being transferred to voicemail several times. Had to go look for another doctor office.

I did not feel listened to nor did I feel like she managed my thyroid problems with care and attention. I had my thyroid removed after thyroid cancer and glad I got a second opinion as she wanted me to rush to radiation when it wasn’t needed. Also didn’t feel confident in her management of my meds and adjustment of levels.

Doctor is wonderful Office staff is so bad that I may actually need to leave this wonderful doctor No one ever answers the phone no one returns messages it is virtually impossible to get test results not once have they provided information e.g. test results as promised and this morning they quite literally sent me spam the office manager was supposed to call me to 6 weeks ago to hear my concerns and still nothing....

I thought it was me. After calling other Endo offices I realized it was them. Although my insurance approves self referrals and I have a family history they would not make an appointment for me to see Dr. Gutierrez. I guess other Endos understand the importance of preventive care. So disappointed...

I was attended by a completely unprepared doctor Spanish name I think Da Silva arrogant and superb. I was treated very badly by her and I am waiting for my exams until today and the problem that I would like a doctor to see was a wound on her leg that despite the requests did not look horrible
