My neurologist moved out of town. Dr. Hernandez was recommended. I went there and provided my insurance and identity info. Then I was told all my medical history was required before an appointment. I arranged that and confirmed receipt of almost 20 pages by both the sending hospital and Dr. Hernandez’s office, yet despite numerous calls, I am told they can no longer locate my records. They repeatedly tell me that they will search for my records and call me to arrange an appointment, but no call in several weeks. This unfortunately represents a total absence of concern for a potential patient in need of care.

Dr Hernandez-Frau is the best doctor anyone could have. Very knowledgeable,emphatic,caring and encouraging!! Im so blessed that I found him. The same with the assistants and front desk,everyone super friendly and kind. I highly recommend them.

Dr Henandez is wonderful, however the staff at the west palm office is horrible. So much so I've changed physicians.

empathy is totally null, I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this doctor for 1 month and it has been impossible. They never answer the call or the voice messages, the referrals say they haven't received them. in fun a total disaster
