Called 3 times over a week and left messages to get an appt. Nobody called back to schedule an appointment. Staff is horrible. Phone system is no better.

I was a recent patient of Dr. Tate and found her to be the most caring doctor. She spent a great deal of time with me sorting out my medical issues and piecing together the puzzle of them. She explained everything in great detail that was easy for me to understand. I have never had another doctor explain things as well as she did. I felt so very comfortable with her and I would highly recommend her!

Dr Tate is not only brilliant Rheumatologist, but one of the kindest and most thorough doctors caring for my Mother. She took the time to understand all the scary events and full medical background leading up to my Mom’s appointment in order to provide her with a great level of detail and compassion during her appointment. As someone who works in industry within the Rheumatology space, I would highly recommend Dr Tate as she is so passionate about caring for her patients with rheumatic diseases.

Dr. Tate went above and beyond the call of duty to see my mother and provide her with relieve and peace of mind. She was compassionate and generous and I could not write a higher recommendation. Dr Rachel Tate was the worst experience of my life dealing with Doctors. I was filling out my paperwork and went 2 minutes over the time I was supposed to be in the office and they told me I have to reschedule. I took off work to be here and have been in pain waiting 3 weeks for this appointment. I am extremely disappointed With how unprofessional her office is and I would never recommend someone to her. Not professional at all. I would give her zero stars if it was possible.

My apt was at 4 so I arrive at 3:25 for the appt to be told that my apt was at 3:30 and had to have arrived at 3. Don’t have appointments here, they decide when your apt is at a random time apparently.

Dr Tate was very caring and really listened to me. She seems to really take an interest in my issues and I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Tate is the great. My wife and I can't understand why there are any negative reviews. Only complaint is that the office is difficult to deal with at times.

went to see her as I was told needed a followup appointment - she let me know they made a mistake with another patients records. She was pleasant and didnt examine me and released me. Weeks later receive bill that my insurance is not in network like i was told when i made the appointment. Spoke with Susan from billing to fix this and she insists I have to pay!!!!
