List of Reed Stone's Reviews
Heres a long over due review... If you're fortunate enough to end up in the hands of Dr. Reed Stone, trust me you are in the right place . It Is by sheer luck I ended up in the good hands of this Doctor..Where do I begin. After being sick for several years with symptoms getting worse and more disabling daily, especially neurologically, is how I met Dr. Stone. He is caring, kind, extremely empathetic, and took the time to listen to me, my journey, . And yes.. he let me cry on his shoulder. From the moment I met him I knew I was finally in excellent hands. For 4 years my health declined as I went from Doctor to Doctor to hospitals continuously. No one could figure out what was wrong, or took the time to actually send me to the correct physician. If they couldnt help, it was literally..."sorry u dont have A or B", and sent me on my un-merry way, even though I was in such a bad emotional and physical state because of the amount of pain I was in. My Saving Grace was Dr. Reed Stone. Knowing that he had my back and he would not stop until he found the answers, he led me in the right direction as far as Dr's and testing, I was diagnosed with several debilitating autoimmune diseases and if it were not for Doctor Stone I would probably be in a wheelchair right now. Just knowing I had the best neurological Dr. in Palm Beach County on my side, I knew I could handle what gets thrown me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Doctor Stone. You truly are a kind, compassionate and caring man and one of the best Doctors I have ever met. And trust me, I meet a lot. So Thank you Dr stone for everything...and Maria and Venessa were just as caring and kind.. So in conclusion, if you need an excellent Neurologist in Palm Beach County Florida, Dr Reed Stone is his name. I am forever grateful to you.
With a vague symptom of numbness in my leg, I almost cancelled my appointment but so glad I went. Dr. Stone was extremely thorough in explaining what was happening and performed tests to show me what was going on. He took time to perform the tests and acupuncture and provided detailed explanations of everything.
I would recommend this office to anyone without reservation. Dr. Stone & Maria had my back when the insurance company denied my MRI. The insurance company did this at other specialist offices I went to, but those doctors couldn't be bothered to fight for me as this doctor did. Dr. Stone was persistent and got the MRI approved. I also love the way he talks to me as the patient. He is very calm, professional and doesn't get aggravated with questions. Any time I needed to talk to Maria, she was always a phone call away .. friendly and efficient as always. Maria truly cares about the well being of the patient and she follows up to make sure you are taken care of. I also want to say that any time I call the office or come in for assistance, I hope to talk to Josh, as he's always smiling and ready to help. Between the Dr., Maria & Josh, I am so happy I chose this office in my time of need.
My 1st impression of this office is not good. Receptionist rude, talks over me, did not listen to me let alone state my reason for my call, and then sends me to voicemail. I left a message. Day two I called the office again. It appears she woke up on the wrong side of the bed again. Same rudeness and bad attitude. Again sent me to voicemail. I left a message again. At this point really disturbed by her lack of respect and professionalism and this is how I ended up here, writing my own review. But that wasn't until I did some investigating on reviews from others. Wow did I get an eye full!! This receptionist has a rap sheet a mile long of being rude and obnoxious to possible future patients. Her behavior is unacceptable and I wish Dr Stone saw, heard, experienced her treatment of others. But maybe he doesn't care.....and that would be a shame. If he knows about her behavior and allows it to continue then his business will suffer due to reviews like mine.
I am sure Dr Stone is a great doctor but I will never know. They take lunch from 11:30-2:00 and then at 2:30 you can't get them to answer the phone. It just rings and rings. Finally got someone to answer, only to be transferred, and called dropped after holding for 15 minutes. Hung up and called back. Got the rudest person I've encountered in awhile. She should have stayed home today. Then after being rude, she put me on hold and never came back. First impression is lasting so, I might miss a really good doctor because his front line people are RUDE!!!
Customer service is very poor . Spoke with Vanessa . I called 2/22 3:58 pm . Took them over 24 hours to call me back . 2/23 4:18pm. Said they would let me know a date for MRI and nothing yet it’s 2/28 . They don’t care about patient's here . How long does one have to wait just to get appointment ?
Don't go here. When I called for an appointment I was on hold 27 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, when someone answered I told them I was on hold for that long and was basically told I was liar. I waited 2 weeks to get MRI results after 4 calls to them. When the doctor did finally call me back he told me his secretary would call me back to refer me to a orthopedic been 2 weeks since then and still haven't been called. It seems to me they don't care about their patients at all.
I have had a neurological issue for past 3 months, which has been eating me up mentally. After seeing 7 different physicians I finally got in with Dr. Stone. Right away he made me feel better. He listened to all I had to say and explained the diagnosis in a way that calmed me down. I left his office feeling extreme mental relief to know why I feel the way I do and what comes next. I'm extremely glad I was referred to him.
I agree with another review, he is old fashioned in a GOOD way!! He spent time, he looks you in the eyes, he actually hears what you are saying and he does it all himself....not passing us off to another assistant to do the testing. He does the testing and knows firsthand what is happening with his patients. He was an awesome dinosaur!!
He was right on point and then some confirming my suspected culprit for my neurological disorder.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
