Tremendous experience with Dr. Raffa from start through surgery. Extremely great communication. Staff excellent. My problematic back and resulting leg pain which led me to seek help is already improved on the day after surgery.

Dr. Raffa sat down talked to me like a family member or friend, and wanted more information before diagnosing everything but took the time to point out in detail why I was feeling the pain that I was feeling. His support team were passionate kind supporting in every way.

Dr. Raffa is a.brilliant Neurosurgeon with some of the best communication skills I’ve seen. The doctor is personable and professional and my wife says he’s the most handsome doctor she’s seen. We are happy and confident to continue with Dr. Raffa throughout the full treatment for any surgeries needed.

The staff is wonderful from receptionist to X ray to nurses assistant to nurse then Dr Raffa wow nice doctor listens and is caring, spells out everything about my problems. Highly recommended Paley institution to everybody.

After arriving, wait time to see Dr. Raffa was immediate. His assistant Krystal was courteous and explained what was going to happen when the Dr. arrived. Dr. Raffa was very personable and explained the procedure and what to expect during and after surgery. He took the time to answer all question about the procedure and made me feel comfortable about moving forward with the surgery.

Doctor Raffa and staff are compassionate and very professional, had surgery yesterday and I am feeling much better already. Everything that they carefully explained to me occurred as described. The St. Mary’s staff were great. I’m very pleased so far and would recommend to anyone with back issues without without a doubt.
