I reached out to Dr. Tuchinsky after decades of suffering from Hashimoto’s. Endocrinologists will only do so much. They will prescribe Synthroid and test you to make sure your dosage is correct, but I was still gaining weight each year, had terrible headaches and constant brain fog and fatigue. I just completed an 8 week program with Dr T. that completely changed my eating habits to lower inflammation, control sugar spikes and help with overall fatigue. It seemed so hard at first, but Dr. Tuchinsky is so patient and provides you with enough information each week to keep you engaged but not overwhelmed. He will also adapt the program immediately if something is not helping or if you need more time to adjust. In 8 weeks, I lost almost 10 lbs (which was impossible for me under any other eating program) and my headaches are considerably down. I will continue the program on my own, and Dr. T has already sent me the supplement list he recommends and some extra testing. I have been given such a boost of confidence and knowledges, better immune support and control of my glucose levels to continue losing weight and feeling better thanks to Dr. T and his team. His practice offers A LOT of options, but he is very practical and won’t suggest something expensive that you don’t need. He gave me exactly the guidelines, supplements and advice that I needed. If i could put 10 stars, i would. I was in dire need of help. I couldnt walk without pain. having trouble sleeping, no energy and i could go on and on. I have an extensive medical history and my inflammation and several other markers were not good. I was taking "vitamins" but they were not working. Since my PCP couldn't help me and just wanted me on prescription drugs i decided to research functional medicine doctors. That is when i found Dr. Tuchinsky. He started me on his plan. It was hard at first but i was determined not to give up. I started noticing changes around week two. the first thing i noticed was i didn't wake up feeling tired. Then i realized i didn't feel like i was dragging just to make to the end of the day. By week three i noticed i was dreaming alot. then that is when it dawned on me, I was finally reaching the REM of sleep. I had so much energy it was crazy. I was skeptical waiting for it not to last. Well 8 weeks later nothing has changed and things have gotten better. Congestion has cleared up. My mind is more focused. All i can say is stick to the plan. It works. the suppliments that he had me on are amazing. I have lost 20LBS. my joints feel amazing. I actually fell during the 7th week and busted my shin pretty bad. I continued take the supplements and within 3 days alot of the inflammation was gone. I never took any ibuprofen,, Advil, Aleve, or Motrin for swelling. i feel amazing. I can't wait to get to my goal weight using the tools that Dr. Tuchinsky gave me.

Dr. Tuchinsky has changed my life drastically! First he is very kind and is easy to talk to about all my issues. He actually really cares about healing his patients and making them feel incredible. I had been looking for a Functional Health doctor since I moved back to Florida but all of them wanted a membership fee until I found Dr. Tuchinsky. He wants to help improve and heal your life by finding the root cause and not keep you coming back. I was seeking out Dr. Tuchinsky regarding my gut health. I had been diagnosed with SIBO a few years prior. I felt tired all the time, not motivated, a foggy head and generally not happy. I would get really bloated at times, had weight gain and just felt terrible. After my initial consultation and some lab work, Dr. Tuchinsky was sure he could help change my life. And boy was he right on! He not only plans out your diet and gives you great supplements to take, but also educates about your gut, helps with stress management, sleep and has weekly phone consultations to make sure you are feeling better and answer any questions or concerns you are having. I originally searched out Dr. Tuchinsky after learning that I had Hypothyroidism. My Primary Care Dr. wasn't real helpful so I started researching on my own, as I didn't want to take medication for the rest of my life. I spoke to Dr. Tuchinsky and he and his Office Manager Ashley were so understanding, kind and made themselves available to me - which is not something you see these days. Dr. Tuchinsky started off with blood work and went right to work with helping my body heal. He started me on a protocol to get my gut healthy and now I feel amazing. I didn't realize how my gut controlled everything in my life. Immediately my anxiety went away, joint pain and excess weight.
