List of Timothy Redden's Reviews
Unprofessional, doesn’t care about his patients, took a wait and see stance until I had prostate cancer, never on time for appointments. If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is the best urologist in Reno. He found a problem others missed within minutes. Performed surgery on me I. 2019. He is no longer at urology nv. Would like to find where he’s at now for my one year follow up.
Received a vasectomy from Dr. Redden in 2019, Reno NV. The procedure itself went fine, but the followup visit was awful. He was an hour late to an 8:00 am appointment, was rushed, and I had to remind him to actually do an examination. When I asked about the 'infertility' test and its results, he had no confidence in its accuracy and said I was on my own to verify it. The whole experience was bewildering. Ultimately, I made a second followup appointment with another doctor and was glad to pay the additional fees. If you have the option, avoid Dr. Redden.
Poor. Takes too long to get an appointment. Appointments are rushed. No one in the office answers their phones and you are made to leave multiple voice mails that take days to be answered - IF EVER! Dr. Redden never explains what his plan for treatment is and then after treatment does not even take the time to stop by your bed in recovery to tell you if treatment was successful! He is always late for procedures and rushes out afterward. He tells you one thing then changes his mind and tells the MA something different entirely! Very poor bed side manner!!!!!
Horrible! Unprofessional! Lacking any compassion! Doesn't care about anything but his paycheck. Wait time to get an appointment is long and the appointments feel rushed. His nurse is mean and sluggish.
He was good at explaining the condition he was treating and the treatment options. He isn't arrogant or condescending. Only issue is trying to get a hold of his assistants regarding scheduling and medication concerns or refills. You leave a message and you don't hear back from them in a few days!
My wife suffered life-threatening negative results from previous surgeries. She was referred to Dr. Redden who spent much time with her searching for answers and consequently repaired the damage. He never gave up and continues to follow her treatment. Dr. Redden is a true professional and a compassionate, fine human being. Every patient should be so lucky!
He is very hard to reach. His MA should be a nurse with some sort of accountability LVN or RN who could lighten his load. Can be submissive but when directly asked is very knowledgeable and wasn’t condescending. Main problem is getting ahold of him to discuss treatment
He is too rushed. Unprofessional.
Doctor was able to answer all my questions and concerns. There was no pressure on any procedures that needed to be done. Gave me several options to consider. Never felt rushed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
