Dr. is an emergency room physician and may be completely competent, but her billing service has collected from both my insurance and myself and refuses to refund the double payment. Over the last two months I have provided proof of double payment in the form of EOB's ,and both personal and insurers check numbers with the dates they were cashed. They claimed no payment by my insurer at first, when confronted with evidence "they are reviewing it". I have spoken to them directly and emailed them. They did not respond to my second email. I short if you want to lose money, become involved with this doctors billing service.
