I can’t say any more than Dr Gans is wonderful. And his staff is very friendly and efficient. He listens - has answers for all your questions. Is very thoughtful and Very friendly and - I can’t wait to go back and see him unlike other physicians I’ve gone to see. Dr Gans 5 stars

Horrible Dr and I Explained to him my situation that I lost my son in January of 2023 and my testosterone is low and I’d like to get Low T treatment so I can try to improve my life and my sanity and try to have a positive outlook on life. He responds to me by saying having low T is fine it’s not like having diabetes we don’t have to treat it because you won’t die, I think you have other issues that you need to address.Maybe I do but I’m asking you for help to get my body and mind in shape so I can be mentally stable but you don’t wanna help me and instead give some stupid answer that does not make any sense . It’s like you don’t care and you didn’t even listen to my situation and you just thought I was another guy trying to seek drugs but I wasn’t I was trying to lose weight , get in shape, and feel better about myself because every days a struggle since losing my boy but you don’t care , hopefully you don’t go through the same because no one will Care. My son was my everything I even spent 7 months in the Miami Nicholas children’s hospital and after he died I gave up on myself but some one told go to the dr they help you , No the hell they won’t they don’t listen , they charge you money , don’t listen to your problems , and send you on your way because they have good lives they don’t care about regular people struggling like myself who was begging for help but instead I was told to deal with it and learn to live you won’t die 🤷🏻‍♂️ Mark Slaughter

Told me having Low T isn’t like having Diabetes I won’t die from it , why would I come the dr if that’s the answer I wanted , told him I wanna improve my life get healthy he doesn’t care he just cares about money and not listening he has his own preconceived opinion because he’s so smart , not

Horrible Dr who doesn’t listen to his patients, I lost my son on 1-18-23 and I was told gonthe Dr to get checked out well comes to find out my testosterone was very low and could be making my mental health worse , so I asked if I could get treatments to get my mental health , body , and spirit feeling better because I water to give up. He told me I had other issues and low T wouldn’t kill me and it did not need to be treated like diabetes I can live with it , horrible answer when I trying to save my Life Dr all he cares about is his money and himself because if he loses his kid he’ll be getting everything under the moon to help him all I was asking for was to get my hormones right so I could workout ad feel better , I hope u lose some one close to you cuz no one’s gonna care and I hope u suffer like u made me Thanks Dr Gans

Horrible Dr ,more concerned about what he thinks than how you feel, i have Low T he told me live with it’s not diabetes your not going to die , even though I’m trying to get help for the issue . Have to wait 3 months to see him then he rushes through the appointment and tells you and answer that makes no sense , basically if your not dying he’s not helping you or listening to your story he has his own opinion because he’s read so many books he knows more about your own body than you , horrible urologist

Horrible Dr ,you explain your situation, give your blood work , which shows low testosterone and he proceeds to tell me it won’t kill me because it’s not diabetes , you can live with it. Why did I make an appointment and wait 2 months to see this guy, i’m not sure maybe because he’s so special , I guess that’s why . I hope he loses his child ,has ailments , low T , and they tell him deal with it you’re not going to die. Mark

Saved my life! Trust him completely

Been to other urologists before over the years. None has compared to Dr. Gans’ personality and knowledge. Additionally, because he’s with Cleveland Clinic, he has access to other doctor files, which makes it easier for him to help diagnose my problems.

My wife went to an appointment at which Dr. Gans told us he was not a specialist who could treat her condition. Minimal adequate screening could have ascertained he was not an appropriate doctor for her to see. It is not his fault per se, more the fault of the incompetence of the Cleveland Clinic screening protocols. But he did nothing for us and wasted our time. Now they won't even refund our co-pay.

Cleveland Clinic, Dr Gans top notch. Caring and professional.
