Lack of concern and care . Office staff unwilling incompetent and rude . Was told I had authorization and found office did not. When having to go to the specialist found they had authorized a completely different MRI and said but did not have authorization for MRA specialist called Dr Toback office said they would correct it. Then found Tobacks office cancel me as a patient. Spoke to Toback's office to have them correct multiple mistakes and found them unwilling and rude

The receptionist is loud and obnoxious. She has no clue what the HIPPA policy is. She refuses to give the doctor messages and yells at patients on the phone. Its a real shame because Dr. Toback is really a good doctor. Time for me to switch...I wasnt able to see my doctor because of his receptionist...I had to go to urgent care.

I would never again see this doctor. I had a bad infection and kept having allergic reaction to the antibiotics and his only solution was to send me to an infectious disease doctor. He said he did not know what else to do with me. I took myself to the ER and they did blood work and they switched my medication. Toback should have done blood work from the start . He is incompetent and i am switching doctors asap.

A very well run office. Waiting time always short. Shows an interest in his patients and the office staff is willing to help get any problem solved fast and efficiently.
