Honestly the main problem is the front desk staff. From denying sending your shot records to hanging up on patients with questions to laughing at patient requests the front office staff is the worst I have ever experienced. Cathy is not only unhelpful and unprofessional but just downright awful to speak with. The doctor himself is nice.

Dr. Paras has been my Dr.for many years now and I know my appointment is usually on time no waiting. His nurse practitioner Carol is wonderful. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. I am still alive lol. So that to be said he is a very good Dr.

I have received very good care over the past 30 years that I have had Dr. Paras as my primary physician. I highly recommend him

I have been a patient of Dr. Paras for the past 25 years. He has seen me through good times and not so good times. Recently I was hospitalized 3 times within a month and every single time Dr. Paras was there to help and guide me through some difficult times of not knowing what was wrong to a solution that worked. Over the years slowly but surly my entire family switched health care providers and now sees Dr. Paras for all of there general health care needs. We all have complete faith in him as our Family Physician.

Today I went to Dr. Paras because I had a horrific virus and possible strep. I was seen by Carol Kelly,NP. I have seen her a few times in their office and have had nothing but superior care. Alot of times people are afraid to see someone other than their doctor and to be assessed by an NP isn't the same. Being a registered nurse myself sometimes you wonder if they even would have the experience and expertise as the doctor would. I can tell you absolutely she does. Carol is personable, patient,kind and compassionate , besides being at the top of her field. I was having alot of pain and was absolutely miserable, she listened to my problem and concerns and when I said I wanted to have a pain reliever in a pill form she said no you can have liquid. I was at first thinking that OMG I am so sick of cough syrup, I was coughing so hard that I was gagging and I had coughed so hard that it caused me to dry heave. My throat was so sore and raw that I dreaded the liquid. Even thinking of trying to swallow it made me feel nauseated just thinking about it. She prescribed an antibiotic that is a huge pill in itself but taking that and over the counter motion and tylenol for pain relief I feel she was 5 steps ahead of my thinking and had already took into account how many pills I would be taking without even saying a word. Sometimes when you are not at your norm you don't think things thru. She was looking out for me and my comfort. She told me feel better and laughed with me as I said I would give you a hug but then maybe not. I filled my prescriptions and went home. I took the antibiotic and tylenol and motrin. I dreaded taking the liquid cough syrup...as soon as I did my throat stopped hurting and I barely even had any notion of having to cough. I was finally able to sleep for more than 20 minuets without having to cough and gag. I am feeling better than I have in the past three days. Because of Carol and her care I will be back to normal in no time. She is a perfect fit in my doctors office because every staff member there is exactly the same Awesome. Thank you for everything you do. I wish everyone had access to exceptional health care like this. If you are looking for a new or different primary health care group I would refer or suggest Dr. Paras and his staff at Premier Physicians in Westlake on Center Ridge Road. Just give them a call you not be disappointed.

Ive had many medical issues that have needed attention in the past 3 years. Each and every one has been diagnosed and treated with the best treatment available by Dr. Paras. When he needed to refer me to specialists he did so carefully considering all the aspects of my circumstances. Then he followed up himself to make sure I had had a favorable outcome to my diagnosis.I wouldnt be interested in changing doctors ever again. Dr. Paras is wonderful
