George Seikel's Online Review Report Card

Thank you Dr. Seikel & staff! I noticed some of the comments regarding this office & physician that were NOT my experience at all! I recently moved to the area and needed to establish a PCP. I was not looking forward to finding a new doctor. I worked in elder care for several years & have had experience with many walks of life. This staff was caring, kind, professional & happy with their jobs! I observed an excellent work atmosphere. I was warmly greeted as they quickly and efficiently gave me my needed paperwork to fill out. I did not have a long wait. I arrived 5 minutes early with just enough time to fill out my paperwork. The medical assistant, Brittany, was friendly, kind & professional. Dr. Siekel arrived and quickly made me feel at ease with his sense of humor which was personable & delightful! He was thorough in taking down my information & addressing my concerns. I was well taken care of & I felt safe & listened to. Much appreciated. I have found my new doctor.

Dr. Seikel is awesome I’m not sure why some of these other people are whining. I’ve had him as my family doctor for about six months now and haven’t had any problems at all. He is very down to earth and open for any questions or concerns. He isn’t like some doctors who think they are “God” and have huge egos. When you ask some doctors questions they get easily offended and act like you shouldn’t question anything they do or say. Dr. Seikel is very thorough and doesn’t rush you at all. He asks questions in return to make sure he is understanding everything your saying correctly. Sometimes you may have to wait in the waiting room but honestly I’ve seen him about four times now and the longest I had to wait was about 1015 mins. That is not bad at all many doctors over book and you will wait 30 minutes or more. He will also joke with you a bit and make conversation. He wants his patients to be healthy and to feel good. You can tell his job is not just a paycheck and he legitimately cares unlike many other doctors. I would much rather have a doctor like him that takes his time instead of one who rushes you out of the office and doesn’t care to hear what you have to say. Also his medical assistants are awesome professional and friendly.

Doesn’t listen and goes off on tangents that make no sense when all you want is for him to answer your questions. He started asking me about daffy Dan’s the last time I was there and talked about Picasso cutting his ear off he mixed him up w Van Gogh. No wonder wait times are so long. Also the walls are paper thin and I could hear him discussing private matters with patients. That is probably some sort of HIPPA violation I might make a formal complaint about that. Also it’s impossible to get a hold of him to follow up with anything and he doesn’t know how use or reply to online messages through the Healow app.I was a patient of dr Zubricky who was amazing. I started seeing dr. George out of convenience but I am switching doctors.

Terrible experience receptionist is incompatent and rude I asked why I was being charged a copay and she got so mad she slammed the sliding door so hard I thought it would break and stormed off when the doctor came in he said just so you know I am taking the receptionist side he wasnt even there and I have no idea what I did that was so wrong maybe the receptionist is a family friend or something thats all I can think of on why you would defend behavior at a place of business like that. How unprofessional so many people deal with customers they should learn how to too. Took over 2 hrs. For check up. Doctor never helps with any issue you have and never calls patients back.

Please take the time to read this review. Let me tell you a little story I am kind of an impatient person and I was waiting in Dr. Seikel‘s office one day and it started to get a little long maybe a little over a half hour I thought to myself I should probably just leave and as I got to get up the receptionist called my name and into the office I go . I had been experiencing some pain in my stomach and lower back for awhile and put off going to my doctor Long story short Dr. Seikel discovered he must of thought was abdominal aortic aneurysm and immediately Sent me downstairs to the lab for confirmation. By the time i got back upstairs Dr. Seikel was on the phone with who is now my vascular surgeon. . Dr Seikel saved my life. Through this ordeal i talked with many medical professionals. ALL of the commented “ wow what a great find” or “ wow your lucky to be here”. Anyways 2 things. I will never get upset when my doctor visit runs long waiting and i will never go anywhere but to Dr. Seikel for primary care. Thanks Doc

Ive known Dr Seikel for 28 years now and Ill never see anyone else. Sometimes you have to wait a while to be seen once you arrive but thats because Dr. Seikel listens and cares. Hes more than worth the wait if you want to feel heard understood and cared about.

Made fun of my husband how he was dressed. So condescending. My husband is 80 years old as am I . This Doctor should not be dealing with people at all

Rude receptionist every time I go in there she is giving someone an attitude last time i was there when i asked her how much my appointment would cost she slammed the sliding glass door in my face and stormed out all because i asked about a co payment. The doctor is soooooo slow if you have an appt. At 9 am expect to be there at least until 11am. All the doctor does is read questions off of the screen which takes forever but when I bring up any health issues he pretty much ignores you.

Dr. Talks way to much and spends an enormous amount of time with each patient consequently making everyone else wait. Talks a lot say very little.
