List of Adriana Rodriguez's Reviews
Dr Adriana Rodriguez is the worst doctor I have ever seen. According to what she told me, her abilities seem to be limited to epilepsy. I don't understand why CC made me see her when I have movement disorder symptoms. She is disinterested, dismissive, and not very knowledgeable. Sadly I waited months to see her instead of another neurologist. Her demeanor was unprofessional, egoistic, and aloof. She first dismissed my tremor, that appeared abruptly few months earlier and was quickly worsening, as age related (I'm 49). She spent most of the time talking about her age related tremor, and not enough time listening to my symptoms. In following appointment I was gaslighted and she told me this is a psychiatric issue and there is nothing else she could do for me. It turns out it was not age related or psychiatric but a reversible physical condition which needed to be addressed timely for best result. The entire experience with this doctor was scary. She should not be practicing medicine.
Haven’t been under her care yet but seems the doctor is nice but my biggest disappointment was HER IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE NURSE! I called their office for new soecigic prescription of MRI of the Brain. First no phone courtesy. I was waiting for someone to answer their phone for minimum of “ 25 minutes “ of a wait! The secretary answered finally and she tried to give the call to the nurse then my call got disconnected. Called back for 4 times & over & over on hold for 25-35 minutes. The secretary said message was given to the nurse & prescription will be emailed to me. Waited & kept rechecking my email & nothing was sent. So upset because the Diagnostic Imaging can not do the MRI because of the prescription that was not specific. I am a retired Nurse. I have high regards to healthcare people but Dr Rodriguez nurse is very unprofessional & very IRRESPONSIBLE.
Worst experience of my life with this group. I am referred to them in need of an experienced diagnostician. They give me a RESIDENT! Without telling me. She has no idea what she’s doing and her so called attending changes every time I ask. Worse yet, there is no patient follow up at all. They order 100 tests and I have to chase them for results. Everything comes back negative yet my father is still no better and no explanation or follow up. I’ve been begging for a follow up teledoc to discuss what now and nothing. No call back, no response to email, nothing. These drs do not care about their patients. Disgusting. They should all lose their license to practice.
She communicated clearly. I presented what I considered to be precise facts and relevant history. This triggered some exploratory questions by her that made me recall some very relevant key facts that I was surprised I had skipped. She explained the next steps in the diagnostic process that all seemed perfectly logical/appropriate. I am hopeful that with her help the cause(s) will be clearly identified and with a little luck (gulp!) cured. Looking forward to next meeting; initial visit could not have been more professional.

I first saw Dr Rodriguez in the fall of 2019. I have six children and have been experiencing several migraines monthly. To the point that I was unable to care for my children. At that time we decided to start Ajovy injection for my severe migraines. It helped my quality of life significantly, until now.. I have been trying to reach her office to speak with her about a possible adverse reaction to the last injection I received, no call from MA or her . A very concerning reaction. I have also been diagnosed with another condition that may be a result of the migraine treatment. Three messages in the MyChart portal and 2 phone calls.. But someone scheduled a virtual call for next week! Regardless of me requesting help now. No Doctor call back, even after I was advised that she would call. Not even a nurse.. This is awful medical treatment ..After finally speaking with the doctor she made me aware that she wasn't receiving my messages.. Shame on Cleveland Clinic and their office staff
Dr Rodriguez Is super amazing she’s a awesome doctor very smart, she takes her time she’s very passionate and she love her patients. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends
Dr. Rodriguez is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have seen, and in addition to her knowledge she knows what her patients needs. (listening). Great experience considering the circumstances, I'm happy she was part of my care. I hope more doctors would have her level of understanding and knowledge.
As a doctor she is great. She always listen and try to understand what the symptoms are. However, their nurses are a disaster and they are not willing to help. They didn't wanted to refill a prescription for epilepsy. One of the assistant, Emily, doesn't know anything about what can happen if a person missed their medication and if she does know she doesn't really cares. She is not able to solve a problem using logic and Android will be better. Please remove this person from this position if you really want improve your service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
