Bad Dr. , just the worst.

The staff is horrible and extremely unpleasant to deal with. Please save your self the headache and go somewhere else. I do not think the health of patients is a game, they seem to think otherwise.

When I seen Dr. Torres years ago, he took time with each patient, and it was never a rushed appointment... so I never minded sitting a little longer for my turn. Well, time has chanced and so do people.. I rarely see Dr Torres because I'd much rather see Jennifer! Jennifer takes the time with me, even tho my turn doesn't take as long as I'd like, but she still takes the time to listen to my health concerns and she explains any health concerns.. but as for Dr Torres.. I am thankful I only see him once or twice a year.. Whew. Maybe Dr Torres is good with those who have easier health problems than mine, because I have Many Allergies and many of my doctors get frustrated in trying to treat me.. But if you want to see Dr Torres, great! Seeing Jennifer, is even Better depending on your health..

Been going to this office since last summer 2021 after a move to stay on track with my infusion medication. Bonnie, infusion nurse, is only one that seems to genuinely care about patients. I’ve left messages for drug interactions, only to receive a call back a week later!! No since of urgency when serious side affects present. Calls rarely returned. Lost test lab results, list goes on. I’ve yet to actually even see Dr Torres, only nurse practitioners.

Not good. An waste of time. Don’t expect much from him. The main reason that he doesn’t get no where is that he doesn’t have any determination. He doesn’t take you seriously. He also doesn’t spend time explaining his therapies, protocols or listening to you. He does try but trying is not doing

Not a good rheumatologist. A waste of time and money. Lots of run-a-round and no results. I gave up after 6 months of medications that didn't work or made me worse.

One of the least professional medical offices I have ever visited. Front desk, phone staff and back office all equally inefficient and rude. 6 visits over 3 years and rarely had the same person work with me. 3 different ARPNs, before ever laying eyes on Torres himself, and then he seemed more interested in his student shadows then me. They cancel appointments and never call back to reschedule. Took over 4 weeks to successfully reorder my Rx due to inaccurate request (per pharmacy). Run, don’t walk to another provider

Dr. Torres is a good doctor and so is Bonnie from the infusion center. But the receptionist are rude, you call and never pick up , you leave messages and no call back. Since they moved to the big building everything changed..from being nice to respectful to being rude, dont know what they doing. Its so frustrating going there. Im looking for a new Dr.

EMG should never be performed by a rheumatologist. That is absurd.

Dr. Torres cares about each individual patient. Great staff always willing to work with you.
