Alexandra Soriano Caminero's Online Review Report Card

I came into Dr. Soriano’s office after waiting three months for my appointment, detailing the reasons why I needed to come in, and taking my PTO to come in and paying $80 copay to see a specialist through my insurance. She completely ignored my illnesses and the fact that I forget basic information and have trouble recalling experiences, finding words, or remembering basic facts. She did a simple test and sent me on my way, telling me that the main reason I’d come in (my skull is sinking wasn’t on her). She was arrogant, zero empathetic, and just outright rude. I’m a diabetic and I got nothing resolved. Would recommend to stay away from this doctor - she’s the main reason why western medicine sucks.

This doctor had no bedside manners, was very to the point, and seemed that she had no interest in interacting personally with her patient. This was my second visit and never again!

Dr Soriano Caminero was very thorough with her examination and subsequent testing. Her concern for my well being was genuine and professional. She seems to be living up to the high recommendation standards I received from the referring Neurologist. Her staff was extremely pleasant as well. Lastly, I didn't have to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and I've been to see her twice already.

She was like always only concerned with doing the absolute minimum to dealing with my concerns.

Compassionate and very attentive, felt like a patient not just a number.

Dr Soriano is thorough in her listening skills and is compassionate in wanting to problem solve. She is knowledgeable and helpful . Sometimes she lacks follow through to the detriment of my brain ! This can be frustrating because her instincts are spot on in her treatment and this is why ultimately I trust her !!

Very unprofessional doctor. My wife scheduled an appointment with her, she showed minimal interest in reviewing my wife's problem (Wife has symptom of Oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy). She recommended her and requested her to do a DNA test to confirm this is a genetic disorder. She did about 6 months ago, the doctor received the results and she has not contacted us since despite our constant follow up. If she is an specialist in the area, it seems she hides from the problems. I do not recommend her for anything

Sat in room waiting for her for 45 minutes. Horrible.

My experience with doctor Soriano was outstanding! Her bedside manner is prob the best I’ve ever experienced by any doc. She helped me with my scary issue and really helped me and my family feel at ease. her exam was extremely thorough and she was very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing any neurological or neuromuscular problems. Thanks again doc! A+++++

Waited 30 mins not to bad. Completely dismissed my concerns and told me to only come back if my tinnitus got worse. I am very disappointed in my experiences. Call me crazy but I expect a doctor to take me seriously and want to help. Very disappointed.
