I have very mixed feelings about my prior relationship with this practice. My biggest complaint is about the lack of compassion his office assistant displayed. I would often have to wait months for an appointment for a procedure... Unacceptable when you are in pain. I had a few occasions when my procedure was canceled and rescheduled and I was placed at the bottom of the waiting list again! The doctor is kind, however, he is not worth waiting around for! I have found another practice that is absolutely awesome... NOT affiliated with Cleveland Clinic and I couldn’t be happier!

FOLLOWING A CAUDAL EPIDURAL I ONLY RECEIVED A STANDARD FOLLOWUP LEFT ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE 2 DAYS LATER. I HAD 20 HOURS OF SEVERE PAIN AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK.

Horrible physician. No compassion. Did not do an exam. Gave no plan or recommendations other than to see him again in 2 weeks. It was an awful experience and complete waste of my time.

Absolutely horrible! No compassion, didn’t do an exam. I left the office with no plan other than a 2 week f/up. I wish there was more I could do than write a review but this man is an awful physician. Please, please don’t see him. You won’t be satisfied.

He helped me after I was suffering many years from pain, no one could fix me but he did. This doctor has great bedside manners, he cares for his patients well being. I will continue my treatments under him no matter how long I have to wait. This guy here is pure quality!

Dr Dawoud is an excellent doctor. I went to him after seeing many other pain management doctors who did nothing for me except give me medication. Dr Dawoud spent time with me listening to all of my concerns. I was going to him after having 3 major back surgery's that did nothing to ease my pain. We went over a program especially built around my needs and attacked my issues. I went from not being able to walk to my mailbox using a walker to being able to walk at least 2 miles every day.

Dr Dawoud is a man of few words. If you are having pain or problems, you will need to express these to him. He is then able to suggest ways of treating your pain that others have not. Dr Dawoud was finally able to find what was causing the grinding pinching pain in my back after 18 years and to many dr's. It was my facet joints and after 1 shot, pain gone. The same with my hip bursa. I trust him implicitly. He does not give out narcotics, this dr uses them when necessary but uses options first.
