La doctora excelente pero el personal horrible, estuve llamando la semana pasada tres días corridos y siempre te dejan en hold y cuando agarran la llamada de nuevo te vuelven a preguntar las cosas como 20 veces!

The Dr is amazing but the staff is horrible. Unless you want to be put on hold for 15-30 minutes when you call. Plus they will not call you back. For a simple referral we waited for months and all they kept saying is "we sent it again." They don't care to follow up to see if the referral was received. Not sure if Dr Rodriguez knows all this about her staff. One star because of the staff's service.

Dr Rodriguez is amazing however her staff is to the say the least incompetent, rude and lack empathy. If there was a way to reach the Dr Rodriguez and tell her how sad we are to leave her due to her staff it would be great, however her staff will not relay messages to her and there is no way to contact the Dr immediately. This needs to change. Dr Rodriguez if you read this please know it hurts us to leave you but it is your staff's fault. One star because of the 2 month stress we endured for a simple referral.

I have seen Dr.Rodriguez since my last two kids were born. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her career. Dr. Rodriguez is the most caring and patient pediatrician I've ever met. I highly recommend her. Dr Rodriguez is fantastic!

She is a Good doctor, responsible and loving, always she and her group Doctor Maria Isabel Clemente and Carlos Barbosa have been in charge of the health of my three children, and I recommend them widely. Also the staff are loving and prepared people, always ready to help us. Roy
