I went to the Baptist Urgent Care at Weston today 1112021 at 450 and the doctor that assisted my son and I was extremely unpolite with us.We went there because my son needed a physical form to attend the volleyball tryouts at Falcon Cove Middle School. The schools website provided all the forms that I needed to fill in order that my son could participate in the tryouts. The doctor refused to fill the form provided by the school saying it was wrong even after I tried to show him the document on the schools website.In the end the doctor said to me that if I didnt want the form provided by him in his own words I could get outIncredible how I person like this can have a doctor degree and be hired by an urgent care. The nurse that assisted him also was not interested in trying to understand what was happening and didnt try to help solve the problem as well Terrible experience and I will never come back there

Super fast service and friendly staff from the reception to the nurses and the doctor. Everyone was nice attentive and professional. I would go back and recommend this place to anyone.
