iit is the worst place anyone can go. 3 times it has happened to me the first time the patient care is terrible 1st I went to check my back pain and they sent me a relaxant and for my house without even 1 xray ok I left after 3 days it did not getting better I came back because it was worse since it was a Saturday they mistreated me they injected me badly and they were unable to doing an xray I ends in a real emergency with an emergency surgeryThe 3rd was with my mother last week from the doctors office that is on the 3rd floor they sent my mother for urgent care is first floorand the gentleman answer was “we cannot attend her without even knowing what was happening I tried to explain to them that her belly hurt and they told me the same they dont pay attention to that. what kind of doctors or nurses are there? My mother ended up in emergency surgery which could be avoided if a doctor had check her and sent her to a specialist from there we went up to the doctor who did not review her for fear that it was COVID even though I said she had 3 negative tests and gave her they made an appointment for Friday and had her drink something for her over the counter tummy ache all this was on Monday of course my mom didnt come on Friday I admitted her to the emergency room on Tuesday night with an emergency surgery gutblatter

Waited an hour and a half and saw two nurses for them to tell me I have an ear infection something I already knew which I told them when I came in. Waiting for an hour and a half when I was the only one there is ridiculous. Listen to the reviews and don’t come here.

I am not one to write reviews I am a patient person. I work in a very busy office and understand the pressure. However I have called 5 times today to get test results Ms. Adeline answer each time simply telling me to call back in an hour each time. No problem I kept calling back as she advised. However she not once tried to assist me in getting the results. This final time that I called she advised that now I have to wait until tomorrow. I just want someone to assist me.

Terrible Administration can not get my results from my diagnostic testing. Dr tried several times they don’t answer the phone

Melissa Marballie APRN has no bed side manners. She displayed no people skills at the time of my visit. She is very abrupt and blunt. She is uncaring uncompassionate and rushes through her assessment. Even interrupting me as I was telling her the reason for the visit. This is not the kind of treatment one expects seeking medical attention. She needs to be retrained.

Terrible the billing department overcharged me $175 for an ultrasound. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get my money back it has been 3 weeks and still waiting for my money. On top of that customer service is very rude.

My wife hurt her knee walking down the stairs and couldn’t walk suddenly. So we went to this Urgent care at 730pm on a slow Monday night. We waited over 30 minutes in a lobby that was empty and there was only one patient inside. When we were called in the blonde Xray tech was rude annoyed and dismissive of my wife’s pain and told her it was 8 o’clock and they were closed now as if she just wanted to go home. My wife felt treated like utter garbage. My wife didn’t turn around and leave because she needed her knee xrayed for her job as a FIREFIGHTER. I’ve been treated better at a closing fast food restaurant then at this urgent care clinic. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Worst service only one person at the XRays and almost an hour to check the insurance so I decided to pay the service because they didn’t do anything .Don’t go

This place needs to change its billing department. They overcharged me for an ultrasound I have spent hours on the phone trying to get my money back but they keep telling me that they are still reviewing my account. My insurance already paid the claim and sent the explanation of benefits three months ago but they are still keeping my money for no reason. Poor management and mediocre service.

I had never been to this urgent care center but I had a nasty cycling accident on a Sunday and they were open. The staff was fantastic and took great care of me.
