Horrible customer service, specially during the coronavirus, nobody answer the phones, pharmacies are calling them for refills for patients and this office never send them. I don’t want to come back with this doctor anymore.

I was able to get an appointment for my first visit quickly. The doctor had routine blood test done. I have not been able to reach anyone at the doctor office and none of my phone calls been returned.

Dr. Romero has a lot of med students shadowing in his office, a lot that have terrible interpersonal skills and both the med students and dr romero would brush off serious questions I had about medications. I asked about PREP and they basically just laughed at me. I did not feel comfortable going here as an LGBT person.

I THINK A DOCTOR SHOULD HELP YOU FEEL BETTER NOT MAKING YOU THINK IS TIME TO GO WRITE A WILL BECAUSE HE SHOW NO EMOTION TO MY FEELINGS SO I'M MOVING ON TO A BETTER DOCTOR THAT SHOWS EMOTION AND WILL CARE WEATHER A LIVE OR DIE
