List of Damon Salzman's Reviews
If you are looking for a doctor who listens to his patients, conducts a thorough exam, has empathy and is responsive to concerns and issues involving his treatment recommendations- DO NOT see Dr. Salzman. He was arrogant condescending, insensitive and NOT the type of doctor you would want treating your loved ones or family member. For a healthcare system (Cleveland Clinic Florida) who's motto is patient's first, his care/mentality is not at all reflective of that mission.
Dr. Salzman is a practicing Neurologist at Cleveland Clinic. He has treated my migraine condition successfully for several years. I visited the clinic yesterday for injections, they are very effective and have improved my quality of life. I recommend his services.
I was very dissatisfied after having thought I found a NDPH specialist. If you’re not wanting to get BX he has nothing else to offer you. there’s so many new treatments out there and medication I wanted to discuss after 16 years of suffering. I fought hard not to be depressed after my appointment with him.
Super disrespectful and insensitive. I have NEVER had a Dr literally scream at me over the phone while he was attending my mother at the hospital.
Dr. Salzman is a wonderful professional. I have been referring my therapy clients to him for years and they also love his patient care and attention. If you are looking for a neurologist, then please consider using him.
If I could give negative stars I would. Beware of this doctor. He "examined " my husband without even touching him then wrote up notes about things he never did. He said my husband had a normal heartbeat when he has a fib and abdomen was normal on palpitation when he just came from the emergency room with diverticulitis. Of course he didn't touch him really so inaccurate and unnecessary notes for a neurological evaluation. Said reflexes were normal. When later tested by a real neurologist, they are not at all normal and sometimes absent. I could go on but suffice it to say that he made up his exam and ordered blood tests that we had already given him the results of but he didn't review. Totally useless.
I could honestly say that he saved my life. I had killing migraines and used to pass out from those. He was so dedicated that found proper treatment for my condition and I never again had those type of migraines. I appreciate him so very much and feel blessed by his wisdom and care. God bless him!
the Best
Doctor Salzman is an excellent physician. He is courteous, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time in forming his diagnosis, and does not talk over your head when he explains it. I rarely have found this combination in the many doctors I have met. He truly cares, what's that worth?
Dr. Salzman is a sweet caring person who truly listens and looks you in the eye. He uses his psychology knowledge to understand what you are feeling and going through. He doesn't rush you and I love his sense of humor, also the hope he gives you for recovery. I am following his advise to the letter and showing improvement, he has given me the strength to face the aftermath of a bad fall with optimism instead of gloom. I couldn't be more relieved to put my health issues in this wonderful Doctor's hands. Norma Zumaeta Hallandale Beach

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
