David Shenassa's Online Review Report Card

I only got to see Dr. Shenassa on the first visit. He seems nice, knowledgeable, and patient. After that, P.A. Raelynn C Harvey was assigned to follow through with my finger injury treatment for the rest of the visits. His Silver Lakes office is very busy. They never pick up the phone. The small waiting room is always filled with people. Expect long wait times of a minimum 25-30 minutes and than another 5-10 minute wait in the patient room for the nurse and staff to ask you questions before the doctor or P.A. comes in to see you. The visit with the doctor or P.A. is a brief 5-10 minutes. The male nurse seems disconnected with my treatment because he would ask me to take off my splint to examine my finger when the P.A. had instructed that only she could take off my splint and that I should keep it on 24/7. Towards the final visit when I could take off my splint, the male nurse offered to dispose of the splint when I was supposed to still keep wearing the splint at night time.

Our son is a college baseball player and broke his hand in a game in Tennessee. Dr. Shenassa and his staff were amazing. From the 7:40AM on a Saturday call to discuss options for our son to getting him in the following Tuesday and doing surgery on Wednesday. Dr. Shenassa followed up often to see how our son was doing. Jesse, Dr. Shenassa’s PA was amazing with all his help as well. Today, one month to the day of surgery, our son is back on the field play baseball. He hit a 3 RBI single and turned 2 double plays. We do not know how to thank Dr. Shenassa and his staff enough. Truly the best!

I broke my right dominant wrist at the end of November. I was stressing out about it until I went to see Dr. Shenassa. It was the Friday after Thanksgiving when I met with his PA, Jesse who made me feel so comfortable and safe and told me I needed surgery. Anyway, I met Dr. Shenassa years ago so I already trusted him with my care. Dr. Shenassa made sure he met with me before surgery, in his office, to explain the procedure and what to expect afterwards. My family and friends asked me why I was so calm about getting surgery. I answered, I felt I was in good hands and would get the best care. Surgery was a success, and we scheduled PT right away. DR. Shenassa pushed me in a gently way to use my hand to get back to normal ASAP. After a few months, I am cleared and shocked at how fast I have recovered. I am so grateful to Jesse, Sydnee and the entire staff and what an amazing job that they did on my hand. I will recommend Dr. Shenassa and his staff a hundred times over.

Dr. Shenassa is stupendously awesome! His professionalism and surgical expertise is bar none. Dr. S made me whole again after surgery and during post-op visits. He is truly, “The Man!!! You will never go wrong with Dr. S.

I needed emergency surgery on a finger due to an accident. Dr Shenassa was wonderful. Explained exactly what needed to be done, was very patient with me and my family. Great bedside manner His PA Sydney was great. I never felt rushed in appointments. Wait time was fair only once can I say it was over an hour usually 20-30 minutes. I recommend him highly

Dr Shenassa explained fully the nature of my procedure as well as his concerns regarding anesthesia as I suffer from Myasthenia Gravis. I felt very confident and comfortable with Dr Shenassa and his team. He is truly a professional and has wonderful bedside manners.
