General Review of Ob/Gyn Larisa Feldman, PA-C: My wife and I had one of the most upsetting medical experiences we’ve ever had at this practice, and I feel an obligation to warn other patients, especially anyone with anxiety. From the beginning, the interaction felt cold, rushed, and disrespectful. My wife clearly told the provider up front that she has significant anxiety about OB/GYN visits and needed a little patience and explanation. Instead of responding with empathy, the provider rushed through everything, barely communicated what she was doing, and made the entire exam feel mechanical and uncomfortable. Several things were especially troubling: The provider spoke and acted with very little empathy or respect. My wife’s concerns and requests felt brushed aside multiple times. The exam itself felt extremely rushed. My wife was clearly uncomfortable, and instead of slowing down or checking in, the provider pushed ahead as if she just wanted to get it over with. A second person (apparently a nurse/trainee) was in the room, standing behind the provider during the exam, without anyone asking my wife’s permission or checking whether she was okay with that. For an intimate visit, this is a basic courtesy that was completely ignored. The provider’s bedside manner was remarkably poor. She was curt and dismissive, and her social skills in a sensitive setting like this felt severely lacking. I was treated rudely as the husband, despite the fact that we had confirmed in advance when booking that I could accompany my wife because of her anxiety. Instead of being treated as a support person, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Things escalated to a level I never imagined: When we asked calmly for basic respect and for our reasonable requests to be acknowledged, the provider reacted in a way that, in my opinion, was completely disproportionate and unprofessional. Rather than attempting to de-escalate, listen, or find a solution, the office ultimately involved the police and had us escorted out of the building. To be clear: this all stemmed from us asking not to be dismissed, to have my wife’s anxiety and wishes taken seriously, and to be treated like human beings. Calling law enforcement in response to a patient with documented anxiety issues – especially in a vulnerable OB/GYN setting – felt, to us, like the exact opposite of patient-centered care. It significantly intensified my wife’s anxiety and turned an already stressful appointment into a traumatic experience. In my personal opinion, this provider should not be in a role that requires sensitive, compassionate interaction with patients. I have serious concerns about her bedside manner, communication, and judgment based on what we experienced today. I would strongly urge anyone who values empathy, respect, and trauma-informed care to consider other options for OB/GYN services.

Weston, FL. My brother-in-law’s gossipy friends concur that Cleveland Clinic’s cancer center is a great place for cancer treatment. So far, we have been impressed by Dr. Thambi, the Braathen Center, and this site as a whole. Pretty much all my brother-in-law’s Cleveland Clinic doctors have been personable, gentle, patient, knowledgeable, and direct when needed. (My brother-in-law didn’t like his gastroenterologist, who insisted on an endoscopy, which my brother-in-law’s California gastroenterologist said might puncture his colon, which happened to our relative. I wasn’t here for that appointment so I don’t know how that went down.) When my brother in law went to the CC ER recently, his regular doctor visited him briefly because my brother-in-law’s visit might’ve been caused by a cancer-related symptom. We really appreciated that! The waiting area for infusions and appointments with oncologists was pleasant. This side of building B has a great store for cancer patients and their families. It offers complimentary wigs and scarves for cancer patients at the Braathen Center. The gift store had uplifting cards, books, and well-priced sundries. Many of their items were less than you’d pay at Publix or CVS. They had umbrellas, jewelry, tchotchkes, analgesics, wipes, hand sanitizer, etc. Down the hall in the lobby was the Auto National Cafe, where one could choose ingredients for a salad; pick up a ready made salad; or get sandwiches, protein bars, coffee, bottled water, or tea. The pastry case looked delectable. I got an apple pastry for Steve. It was incredibly sticky. As we left, a pianist was playing the grand piano in the lobby (see video). What a soothing touch.
This hospital is amazing. I’ve never been treated so expertly. I would trust this team with my life. In fact, I just did and I couldn’t be in better hands. Thank you to Dr. Nagarajan and this excellent team of professionals.
Only getting a 2 ⭐️review because of the quality of the doctors - but the administrative side of this hospital is negligent to the point of being dangerous.
When at the Braten center im at the neurology department. When grading that department, there is none better. They saved my life there. I can't thank them enough. Dr. Adada is a miracle when I needed it the most.
I switched here, hoping they'll be better than the hospital I've previously attended. Just had my brain MRI and have yet to hear back from them with my results. No appointment has been scheduled or added to my medical chart. For the past few days, I've been dealing with high anxiety, and no one has notified of me with an update. I've called a few times today only to be left on hold.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
