Everyone complaining about waiting so long at times . Sorry but when you want a Doctor that knows what he is doing, sometimes you just have to wait, because there is a shortage of good knowledgeable doctors out there.He has always looked after MY best interest when it comes to my chronic ear condition.Put yourself in his shoes being overworked long hours plus emergency on the spot surgery calls to deal with and maybe your persona might be slightly off here or there once in a while.But I do know he is a good person at heart and knows his profession well.I hope to be able to have him as my doctor for many years to come, because I fully trust him above others period !

Went to see Dr. Elloy Villasuso at Cleveland Clinic at Weston as a New patient had my appointment at 4:00pm the doctor had me sitting in the examination room until 5.06pm. He came in and didn't even apologize for me waiting more than an Hour for him. He saw me for 5 minutes and told me to schedule to come back in three weeks for the procedure which I been waiting for months to see him because he was going on Vacation. I checked out at 5:13pm. Dr. Villasoso doesn't care for his patients especially a New patient . I used to work with doctors for over 26 yrs in a hospital setting and have never met a most Unprofessional doctor in my life!!! Definitely I do not recommend him at all!!! Will be calling my Insurance company to report him.

I don't recommend him at all. Unless you like to be talked down to. One of the worst doctor I have been to. If there was a zero star he definitely deserves it. Horrible bedside manners. Down right nasty, sarcastic and condescending.

I would definitely not recommend Dr Villasuso. It's like the old saying first time shame on you second time shame on me. I shouldn't have given him a second opportunity. He is one of the most self absorbed, sarcastic right out nasty doctor I have ever been too. Do not waste your time. The second visit was worse than the first. Waited over an hour and a half to encounter this nasty man.

Waited close to two hours to see doctor, the patients time should be respected. Doctor doesn’t need to smile or be happy all the time, i understand , but he had a very unhappy facial expression the whole visit. Very unpleasant, don’t feel the patient provider relationship.
