Dr. Hurtado and his staff are extremely thorough, caring, professional, and compassionate in their care of their patients. Dr. Hurtado takes time to explain all procedures, and allows time for questions and or concerns. I would give Dr. Hurtado and his team more than 5 stars if I could, because he is exceptional as a physician, and I highly recommend him without hesitation. He addressed my problem through surgery, after taking time to explain all options available. Follow up visits and care was also excellent! Thank you so much Dr. Hurtado and your team!

I recently saw Dr. Hurtado for a prolapse and unsure as to whether I wanted surgery as I’m anxiety prone and nervous about it. He explained all my options and though I am still on the fence, I do believe I will be returning to have him do my surgery. He listened, answered questions and explained. Extremely professional and patient.

Dr. Hurtado was beyond kind and patient while treating my 88 year old mother. His bedside manner and ability to make his patients feel comfortable is invaluable. That includes everyone in his office as well. The staff was beyond helpful from the moment you walk into the office, until you are ready to check out and make your next appointment. Dr. Hurtado takes the time to explain your diagnosis and treatment options in clear and easy to understand terms. I highly recommend Dr. Hurtado.

My 92 year old Mom needed a small procedure performed at the Cleveland Clinic this morning. She was very scared & untrusting due to her dementia. Dr Hurtado & the entire outpatient surgical staff were fantastic handling my Mom who was very traumatized to say the least. Dr Hurtado was very caring & informative with the best bedside manner. He had a good bedside manner, spends time to explain and answer questions. He knows your medical history when he walks in the door (unlike another MD I saw at this facility who relies on residents for everything). He is someone I would see again.

I was referred to him when locally no one knew what to do further. He ordered tests I could not have done locally and then followed up with me - over the telephone so I wouldn't have to come back in - about the test results. He is approachable, spent time with me, explains things in detail. His post visit notes in mychart are detailed and understandable. He appears to have prepared for my visit by reading my history himself and not have a resident summarize it for him. He writes up his own post visit notes (all of this is in stark contrast to another doctor I saw in this facility) and they are detailed. I'd recommend him.
