Be ware of the lack of respect as a patient. This is the second time the office of Dr. Bonilla lets me down as a patient. The first time during Covid they didn’t take me in for an appointment because I had a sore throat. I had to visit a different doctor to discover I had a sinus infection. Today, January 26 2023 I had an appointment at 9:00 am. I arrived on time and checked in at the kiosk as instructed. I patiently waited my turn, and after realizing than it is taking more than 30 minutes to be called in, I inquired at the front desk about the delay…the receptionist informs me that the kiosk didn’t process my check in and proceeds to inform me that the doctor might not be able to see me since the other patients are arriving on time. The options are just wait until he is done with all other patients or come back a different day. Shame on you! This was the office mistake and not mine! If your time is valuable mine is definitely not worth your wait!

I was there only one time and he is excelent person, he send me the result of my Labs. and explained very well about the results, I received later a call from Cleveland that he is not taken my insurance I will ask what insurance he take and I will make

I have been a patient of Dr. Bonilla for several years. He is a knowledgeable, caring and professional doctor. He listens well snd has given me excellent care.

If you have high blood pressure, he is not a Doctor to go to. "No one dies of high blood pressure". Last word said to my husband.

I been a patient of Dr Bonilla for years, mainly because of his Cleveland Clinic affiliation. Today I was late to an appointment and he refused to see me. I was only there for.a pre-op requirement from my knee surgeon. Most Dr Appt’s are never on time and Doctors at CC are notorious for running late. I recently spent over two hours waiting to see a Dr he recommended? I will not be returning to Dr Bonilla as my primary care Dr and have already set an appointment elsewhere.

HE NEVER TELLS ME THE RESULTS OF MY LAB TEST , I HAS TO ASK HIM IF I WANT TO KNOW, HE NEVER TOLD ME THAT MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE HAS TO BE TAKEN AT THE SAME TIME AND EVEN WHEN I ALWAYS HAVEE HIGHT BLOOD PRESSURE, FINELLY, AFTER TWO YEARS OF HAVING HIGHT BLOOD PRESSURE ; I TOLD HIM , I WANT A STRONGER MEDICATION , SO , HE CALL MY DRUG STORE AND ORDERED A NEW ONE , BUT HE NEVER TOLD ME HOW TO USED IT; SO , I CALL HIS OFFICE AND AK IF I TAKE THE TWO TOGETHER OR JUST THE LAST ONE HE ORDERED; HE NEVER CALL ME BACK AND I CALL TWICE ON FRIDAY , TWICE ON MONDAY, ON TUESDAY I CALL THE COMPLAIN DEPARTMENT OF CLIVELAND CLINIC; THAT'S WHEN THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE CALL ME TO TELL ME TO TAKE THE OLD MEDICATION AND THE NEW ONE . IN MY OPINION HE'S NOT A GOOD DOCTOR , IF YOU ARE A REPUBLICAN , BECAUSE HE'S A SOCIALIST
