Cleveland clinic has a messaging system as a way to communicate with the doctor. Dr Cabrwra’s office never responds. There is no way to refill a prescription or communicated with anyone unless you book an appointment, which is months out. He’s a good doctor but the service level from the office is horrendous. I’m currently looking for a new doctor.

Getting through to his office is next to impossible. Forget about scheduling an appt. Follow up after a hospital stay is unheard of. Their system is broken for sure. Very, very frustrating.

Lied about possible outcomes from a potential procedure multiple times. When I had complications from the procedure, he did not believe that was possible and dismissed me. Terrible bedside manner. Showed me statistics that issues are not common, but may be possible but never mentions this before the procedure. Not once. Every time it is brought up it is mentioned that there will be no change all will be fine. All lies.

Very thankful to Dr. Cabrera for his innovative approach and skills used during my daughter's delicate surgery. He performed a very complicated surgery and I'm happy to report that one year later, her quality of life has drastically improved and everything went well. He and his staff are excellent.
