Great doctor. Very personable. Figured out my problem and acted immediately. Great bedside manner. Highly recommend. I will be referring him to my friends and family if they ever need a pulmonologist.

I am leaving this review based on a friends treatment at Cleveland clinic and prior to her hospitalization by this doctor. I do believe that he is a wonderful medical doctor. And truly my complaint is regarding the communication between Dr and the patient and her husband. He is very difficult to get a hold of. My friend has been hospitalized in Cleveland clinic for11 days for treatment by this very world, renowned pulmonologist, and her husband has heard not one peep from him regarding her condition or results from testing. My friends husband lives an hour away and works so he can only go to visit her on weekends. He has not had any communication from the doctor and he calls multiple times a day to speak to him. As of today they’re planning on releasing her, and her condition is worse than when she was admitted. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of communication that this doctor and his staff delivers.

Leaves responsibility of collecting information on a first appointment to students. 5 minute attention on a first visit. Impossible to reach. Very commercial approach to medicine. Not thorough, not empathetic.

patient was diagnosed with rare and serious lung condition. medication was prescribed that had 40% chance of slowing down condition. clinical trial was suggested by patient, but doctor refused. there was no follow up or communication with cardiologist as patient had heart condition resulting from lack of oxygen. visit lasted 10 minutes, factory style. no communication, looking at patient, or questions in such a limited time. patient took an 1 hour uber drive each way. patient passed away after 9 month of diagnosis of heart failure. i don’t even think that doctor is aware of that fact, as there was no follow up. if you want a cold, clinical diagnosis, and no follow up, that is what you get.

10 minutes visit no communication no empathy

Dr. Rahaghi has NO bedside manners. He goes straight to the computer to review what his nurse has written and resident physician and provides his treatment plan. When you call regarding medication questions he is too busy to call you back. He does not review anything with you and he is always in a rush. Dont seek treatment from this doctor. He does not care.

I have to say that I have been blessed and I have to give thanks to God every day to have Dr. Franck Rahaghi as my doctor and of course his staff. He has kept my condition under control and has helped me to have and live a good quality of life, overall he cares for his patients and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Rahaghi
