"Let the patients beware & In the category of once burned: It is disappointing to know of the lack of courtesy we received. We were the recipients of an unceremonious appointment cancelation today (2-hrs before our confirmed appointment) even though we were assured that we had an appointment and were in the practice by the schedulers. We received and completed my chart patient documents, which takes time and were confirmed in the system (we even paid the copay). We were confirmed in the system. So for those patients who think you have an appointment you may not. This is most disappointing, certainly is not up to the Cleveland Clinic standards, that we are accustomed to experiencing. (we are patients of two doctors in West Palm and were patients in the past at the Weston Hospital). Regrets to inform all."

patient beware: Uncerimnous cancel of confirmed appointment 2- hrs prior to appointment, after confirmation in My Chart with completion of all paperwork. And after staff confirmed the appointment. I hope this does not happen to you. The treatment shows a lack of patient care and respect. I know this is not the CC way. regards,

Dr. Spatola has been my doctor since 2014. He gives me his full attention and explains everything in full so I understand. I feel very comfortable with him as my doctor and have no intentions to go to any other . I can’t brag enough of what a wonderful doctor Giovanni Spatola is.

Dr. Spatola is the best physician I have ever had! I am myself a physician (MD) and do not enjoy going to the doctor but Dr Spatola makes it a joy! This doctor is outstanding, an awesome asset to your company, and should certainly be recognized for his excellence in patient care! Dr. Spatola remembered me after 6 years that I had been away, is caring/compassionate, understanding, personable, knowledgeable, professional, takes time so you don't feel rushed, was on schedule so I didn't have to wait, explains things expertly, is genuine, follows through (completed my paperwork in a timely fashion), and is just overall awesome as a physician! Please ensure this doctor receives this feedback and some recognition for the amazing work he is doing for the community. I know from experience that it isn't easy!

Dr. Spatola Treats me with respect ,and listens to what and how i feel , he,s one of the best doctors I had in my life,

I have shocked and disappointed by the poor performances of Dr. Spatola. Courtesy is something that he doesn’t know. As I went there, at the suggestion of an orthopedist from the same Cleveland clinic, he indicated in 30 seconds, that he could not help with a permanent handicap tag, and refused to indicate or suggest how to proceed to acquire such tag. Before making the appointment I indicated that It would be the topic. I waiting 40 minutes to see him and was pushed out after 30 seconds of a conversation where even a smile wasn’t present.

Because, if you can get antibiotics from somewhere else, please feel free to do so- because we have a ratio of 1 oxicontin vs an antibiotic of obout 8, and the I 95 Exit isn't far.

Dr. S. always treats me with courtesy and respect. He is one of the rare physicians I have had in my 66 years of life that actually workes with his patients to optimize therapy. He is a gem and I am happy to have found him!
