In a couple of months my daughter's acne was controlled and looking great. Dr. Is very good, but visits are maybe 10 minutes long. That's it. They will charge you a new patient fee of $200.00 so be on the lookout for that! I was not expecting this fee and was not happy to see it on my bill. They have a very good esthetician.

I have been a patient for years and needed Dr Wilentz or anyone in his office to look at a rash on my back . It would have taken minutes to tell me what it is , I'm a widow and can't really see what it is myself. I went before the office opened and was told sorry no walk-in's . So if you need immediate attention this is not the Dr for you

My friend is a patient and she was given 3 prescriptions for steroid medications both oral and topical without even being seen. I too am a health professional and I find his treatment inappropriate in this case.

Dr Wilentz is the best dermatologist. He is beyond thorough and so knowledgeable. His entire staff makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Wilentz.

This Dr got bad reviews and less than 3 stars....They said he explained NOTHING but I did not listen because his office was in Weston...I thought ..nice neighborhood would give me good dr and care....WRONG !!! Went 3 times ...HE NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING and all 3 appointments were less than 3 minutes each!!! He did not solve any problem I had and I wasted months in between appointments and suffered the entire time. Had to wait to get to go to another Dermatologist!!! Because still suffering from itching, rashes etc...I've been suffering for over a year now

I recently went to this office for eczema flares I was having and everything seemed to go well. I received my prescriptions which were not covered by my insurance. So I called the office on numerous occasions to try to have it changed. I left messages for the nurse specifying this was time sensitive due to nature of the flare up and still no luck with a call back. Eventually I received a call days later from the nurse, in which she stated that she was going to send my prescription to a pharmacy to be filled. She did not state that it was a mail-in pharmacy or that it will take up to 7 days to even reach myself. I called the pharmacy later that day and they said that they did not receive the prescription. The office already closed and it was again a long ordeal to even get the nurse on the phone to resend the prescription to the pharmacy. This office STAFF doesnt not care about attending the needs of their patients in a timely manner. I will never go back. So take heed when going to this office.
