Lack of professionalism!!! I had a 9:00 am appointment, and I remained inside the checking room waiting for him to show up until 10:40 am, and anybody couldn’t tell me where Dr. Gilot was at that moment, they just told me "he is very busy"…. Then, I walked off and found another doctor in the same clinic with amazing reviews who provided me with an immediate appointment, and treated me with the respect and professionalism that any patient deserves. I should read Dr. Gilot reviews before accepting him as my specialist!!! God works in magical ways, so after all the time wasted waiting for Dr. Gilot, I found an amazing doctor who's taking care of me in the best way!!!

Dr. Gilot is concerned for his patient's well-being, as well as answering all questions. He enjoys his work.

Dr gilot if I should even call him a doctor did multiple surgeries on my shoulder and the outcome was terrible. He failed and neglected his duties as a doctor after I found out from another surgeon my shoulder was infected once again. Gilot did not care to see why I was in so much seven months after my last surgery and did nothing to investigate it. All he offered me was prp which did absolutely nothing. It’s sad I am under the care of another doctor who is taken the initiative to repair and fix my shoulder correctly. Stay far away from this guy unless u want further problems in the future.

I went to Dr. Gilot 3 months ago for a broken clavicle. I did not require surgery, sling and physical therapy. BUT I met with him several times and he was thorough, all tests done to confirm. He could have talked me into surgery, as some would do, but he didn't. Said "let's try this first." I healed super duper fast. My point is that even tho not that serious, he spent time with me and did not brush me off in 10 minutes. Nurse was wonderful, PA wonderful. Very wonderful experience.

An MRI showed massive, irreparable rotator cup damage! Dr Gregory Gilot, at the Cleveland Clinic Weston Florida, recommended a reverse right shoulder replacement. The surgery was performed by Dr Gregory Gilot on August 6th, about a two hour procedure. After I waited a very anxious, stressful morning, the surgeon called me and said that the reverse shoulder replacement went great! In addition, her biceps tendon was torn and needed surgery. She experienced pain, swelling and discomfort for a little over a week. Sherry is now four weeks past surgery. The swelling seems to be gone. The 3" scar is thin, straight and faint! She is in her third week of rehab and at-home rehab exercises. Her arm and shoulder feel really good. We are amazed at her fast recovery and lack of discomfort! The skilled surgeon was Gregory Gilot at the Cleveland Clinic, Weston Florida. He speaks Creole, English and French and has been doing reverse shoulder replacement surgery for many years. We are overjoyed with the results! She no longer has to live with a chronically painful right shoulder! Edit 2/23/2021: Now over six months later, shoulder feels great! No pain. Almost full function! My wife exercises both arms every day. It's such a pleasure to be pain free!

I had 2 rotator cuff surgeries. Dr. Gilot performed both surgeries. He cares, his staff cares. He followed up after surgery personally to see how I was doing. I would never see anyone else. My shoulders have full mobility and strength very satisfied

My husband had a shoulder replacement for the second time after having it done in NY 13 years prior. Shoulder was in horrible condition. Dr. Gilot & his partner were able to save the use of his arm! He is professional, knowledgable, has a great personality & will take the time needed to listen to you & explain alternatives. Hubby will have to have other shoulder redone in the future & we follow up with Dr. Gilot annually to keep an eye on it. Can't say enough good about him!

My 75 year old wife had massive irreparable rotator cuff tears of her right shoulder. She was in a lot of pain for a long time! It's now three weeks after having reverse shoulder surgery by Doctor Gregory Gilot at the Cleveland Clinic. She has started rehab and at-home flexing exercises. The bandage is off and there is a faint, thin scar about 3 inches long. She stopped the pain medication about a week ago. Her arm and shoulder have almost no pain, just a little aching, and the right arm and shoulder really feel good! Interestingly, she did not realize that her damaged right shoulder had been responsible for causing pain in her left shoulder preventing meaningful exercise of her left arm! Now that her right shoulder has been repaired, she no longer has pain in her left shoulder when exercising! :) We think that she has a long, gradual road back to a well working right arm and shoulder and we do not know how much range of motion she will eventually have. But... as long as she takes the rehab slow and steady, she feels confident of a good outcome and, at last, without having to live with a chronically painful right shoulder. Thank you Dr. Gilot for your precision and excellence performing this very complex surgery!
