Met with Dr. Salame and I was pleasantly surprised. He is very thorough and takes the time to make the patient feel comfortable. Will answer questions you have for him and speaks to you in a way that is very clear, so you understand exactly what regime you need to follow.

I highly recommend Dr Karin Salame MD. He’s a wonderful Dr!!! He is a great listener, and very thorough. He takes his time in making sure he covers all your medical needs. His office staff and medical assistant are equally as nice. His office administer Elizabeth was very helpful in making sure I had all my instructions and paper work in order to be able to move forward with treatment. I had a great experience with Dr Salame, he is attentive and listens patiently, you don’t feel rushed when you are speaking with him. He shares his thoughts with you openly and is very thorough in his work up. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough neurologist.

DR. Karim Salame was my doctor at George Washington Medical Center.I visited him a few years back while experiencing muscle weakness on my right side. Dr. Salame might very well be the best doctor I have seen. He was extremely caring and thorough. I am sad that he is no longer with G W and my very well make the trek to Virginia to continue seeing him. We need more doctor like him in medicine.
