A pediatrician should be open for reasonable time. Closing on Thursday and Fridays at 1pm is so insensitive to parents and sick kiddos. In addition, when a child is sick the one thing a parent is looking is for empathy and help. Not say no appointment are available till next weeks in other words better luck….. I called to make a possible appointment and instead of focusing on my sick child concern, the conversation was more intended to make me aware that my child didn’t have the 5 year old appointment and was missing the vaccine needed for his 5 years. Do not recommend this doctor nor her office.

2 hour wait, when the doctor only took 15 minutes to see my daughter, the staff was nice, but they had no idea on what they were doing, took almost 2 hours to put the vaccines in the system. The doctor came to check on the baby and it took 15 minutes!!!!! Yet I was there for 2 hours! They said the wait time is normal… they seem lost with the vaccines that she needed. Horrible first time experience, I went there for the first time and I am not coming back

Dr. Rivera-Ocasio has been my children's pediatrician for 19 years now. She is someone who I trust blindly, her diagnoses have always been correct. The staff at the office are all super nice! I highly recommend her. Sarah S.

Dr. Rivera-Ocasio has taken care of our children now almost 13 and 11, since before they were actually born. Her and her staff are a great team.

Dr Rivera has been my pediatrician since 1994. She's caring and empathic with diverse family dynamics, treats your children like your sister will. I still have my youngest followed by her care. Don't need a second opinion, I trust her 100%
