I was also shocked that Dr. Phi Van Le has anything less than an average of 4-5 stars. I usually go to the Weston Office because the parking is so much better. I have NEVER waited more than 30 minutes. I also try and make my appointment first thing in the morning as once patients start arriving late it backs up the doctor - and that is any doctor office you go to! I have been seen by her PA first, but Dr Le always follows up with the visit and looks over my body again. She is so thorough and always explains what is on my skin. I have been going to her for over 20 years and will continue.

Riverchase dermatology in Weston is the best Dermatologist I have ever been to. From the front desk to the medical assistance to the Dr in the back. I never have to wait long, I never have a problem getting an appointment. I want to give a Shout out to Karen D, Joey, and Dr. Phi Van Le. They showed me how much they cared for the patients. My mother is handicapped and they help me maneuver her into the office as to the back. They made it easier for me to get mom in the back. Thank you, Karen, Joey, and Dr. Phi Van LeKathy D

Just had a recent visit to Riverchase Dermatology in Pembroke Pines, FL. Dr. le saw me. She was phenomenal! Professional, compassionate, smart, thorough, and has a very personable demeanor. Easily, Dr. le is one of my favorites in just one visit. You will think so too!

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appoint two weeks ago, received confirmation email, completed profile online and then the following day asked to reschedule the day before appointment. The next available appointment wouldn't be until a month and half away. Completely unorganized. Stay away, don't waste your time like I did.

Why after so many skin issues, with SANDFLY bites all over my body and explaining all of my symptoms did they not test me for LYME DISEASE?!!!!!???? Well, over 8 months later, I'm positive for it and maybe if I got it back then and could've fought it with antibiotics. Now it might be too late. Hope this nightmare doesn't happen to anyone else!
