I have been seeing Dr. Francis and couldn’t be happier with my care. She is compassionate, and truly makes you feel supported and well cared for. Karen and Milan are wonderful — always kind, professional, and welcoming. The entire team is outstanding. Highly recommend!

TMS treatment has drastically improved my quality of life in a very short time. Before beginning this treatment several weeks ago, i was struggling with emotional instability and feeling like i had no control over my emotions/thoughts/reactions. I had gotten off of antidepressants earlier in the year that i had been on for many years, and the effects of withdrawal seemed never ending. TMS therapy provided me with relief from the months of exhaustion from that. From the start, Dr. Francis went above and beyond by calling my insurance directly to get approval for me. Thank you to the staff for always ensuring I had a comfortable treatment and caring about me as a patient and a person.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Francis and her team at Refresh TMS. From the minute I called inquire as to whether this would even be a possibility for me, I was greeted with knowledge and reassurance. They contacted my insurance directly to obtain Prior Authorization and we began treatment within a few weeks. Karen was my TMS therapist and she was just amazing, so professional and calm. The treatments themselves are not painful. It feels like your scalp is being zapped and Karen and the doctor checked with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable. I also loved that the doctor kept my psychiatrist up to date on my progress and they discussed medication management as a team. I will honestly admit that I was in a dark place when I started TMS, but in a matter of days I started to feel the fog lift. The Refresh TMS team made sure I had appointments that worked with my schedule. 36 treatments later I can honestly say that this experience has changed my life. Depression, the monster that tormented me throughout my adult life, is gone and replaced with joy and hope. I feel good about my future and it’s all thanks to Refresh TMS.

I have seen Dr Francis for over 2 years and during course of treatment, she recommended I do TMS. Best decision. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and very patient answering questions and worked with my schedule. I would recommend Dr Francis and TMS to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Francis and the staff at Refresh TMS has been nothing short of amazing. They care deeply about each patient and it makes all the difference to me. For years ive been on numerous antidepressants and nothing ever worked for me. I never believed tms could work for me, but i feel like i have myself back again. If you are hesistant to try tms, dont be. Refresh tms gave me my happiness again.

Dr. Paula Ann Francis is the best psychiatrist ever, she's calm, she's patient, and made you feel better. The receptionists are very nice, the office is very clean, I love going over there, their communication is on point, and I'm recommending this office to anyone with a psychiatrist need.
