She told me that I had ovarian cyst while I had cancer. She just doesn't know what she is doing.

My mom had a great experience with Dr. Fork. Very caring and knowledgable.

It was my first time in the office and staff was very friendly and Dr. fork was very nice, did not made me feel uncomfortable at all, she explained everything and was very nice.

Dr Fork looked at my file and at all my family history, she took her time to answer all my question and referred me to all the specialists that needed to be seen. She is very professional and highly recommended.

Dr. Fork was very unconcerned with our visit, she showed little very little care and did not ask how I was doing or how if anything was wrong as I am at the beginning stages of Menopause she offered no information of what is to come regarding my body changes.

I made an appointment with Dr. Fork for a second opinion regarding her "specialty" "alternatives to hysterectomy." To my surprise, a day before my appointment, I receive a call that she can’t see me because she doesn’t deal with fibroids surgery. I explained to the caller that the purpose of my visit is to explore “alternative options” to hysterectomy as Dr. Fork advertises on her Cleveland Clinic’s website. The caller didn’t even realize that Dr. Fork listed that first under her long list of “Treatment & Services” offered. Notwithstanding, the caller stated that Dr. Fork still did not want to see me as she did not want to give an opinion against another physician. Even if f my doctor recommended a hysterectomy, you are advertising to prospective patients that you specialize to alternative to hysterectomy, which makes me, as a patient, think I can see you to explore those options. It is very discouraging for a professional to mislead patients and falsely advertise a specialty.

Took me 2 months to get my annual appointment. When my appointment day arrived, Dr. Fork’s office called and cancelled my appointment. I do understand emergencies arise, but when I called to reschedule, I was given an appointment another month away. I then explained that I waited 2 months for the prior appointment only for it to be cancelled an hour before and if there were any accommodations made for such an issue. The person on the phone could literally care less and told me, with an attitude, “well that’s the earliest appointment she has”. No concern or even an apology for cancelling my appointment in the first place. And by the way every time I had to call the office, the annoying automated ClevelandClinic system put me on hold and I had to wait for 15 to 30 minutes before either hanging up or finally getting someone on the phone. There is no way I would ever reschedule with this doctor or any doctor with the Cleveland Clinic. They could care less about their patients.

I wanted to leave a review for anyone that is looking for a compassionate doctor that genuinely wants to help you. Please look elsewhere. Dr. Fork was in such a hurry when she met me. It took me 2 months to schedule an appointment with her, and so I thought ok, I’m going to get a doctor that really wants to hear me out with what I have been going through. However, she took my confession of anxiety that I needed to see a therapist to talk my issues out with. I have been struggling with hormone issues basically my entire life and although she ordered hormone tests for me, she didn’t even correctly read me my results. One of my hormones was completely out of range and the nurse that called me even wanted to double check with her and call me back. I’m just so saddened to know it’s almost impossible to find a doctor that really wants to figure out what’s going on rather than push you out the door. Please go elsewhere if you want a compassionate doctor.
