He tells me after having two tests we would have a virtual video visit and discuss the results.I drive there twice two sis hundred mile trips and tolls,hotels and gas bills..they say it will be 35 days until he can have he virtual visit..what a joke, this hospital and DR Erim are overly rated..He gave me the impression he could care less...they are going for quanity NOT Quality

Dr. Tonga Erim, a Cleveland Clinic ar Weston, Florida was an impossible quest to get him to speak returned telephone calls from my Primary Care physician. This patient tried in many occassions to speak with this gastroenterologist without any success. The attitude seems to me about an uncaring physician too busy for his patients. The perceived attitude was, "You are of the many waiting to be seen, "who cares about you" at the Clinic, "who needs you."

The appointment with the doctor was pleasant. He was knowledgeable and patient, and a good listener. The problem is his office and staff. No one gets back to you. I spent 2 weeks begging them to resolve my pharmacy issue. To add insult to injury, they were nasty. One phone call to my primary doctor solved the issue.

Dr Erim is extremely knowledgeable in regards to his profession. 5 star all the way. He saved my husband's life and I also had him handle my medical procedures. #1 all the way!He is loving and caring!

There are not words to properly describe how human, professionally efficient, and caring is Dr Erim. I think he was sent from heaven to help people like my husband that was diagnosed with cancer. I will always be in debt to him, for bringing us hope and help to resolve successfully this problem. I will recomend him as the best Dr you can ever have. Lia Driver

Dr Erim has been my GI doctor now for 5 years and I would recommend him to anyone. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and he has such a kind disposition that he completely puts your mind at ease. He answers all questions and I have several health issues so I ask a lot. He never ever makes you feel rushed. I wish more doctor were like him.
