Staffed with providers who are “specialists” according to United HC, so now I owe double… to see a nurse practitioner.

Honestly don't go to U health clinics they are all scams. I went because I had a horrible cough the nurse didn't even see me for more than 5 minutes and diagnosed me then submitted a charge for 4 times the length of what I actually stayed. After fighting with customer service I am still being told they agree with the nurse and I have to pay. Will reach out to my insurance for more information and to call out their insurance fraud actions. This is the last time I use U Health clinics as all the clinics I have tried did the same thing with similar outcomes. I always have to go to an urgent care to actually get help and right diagnosis. For the hassle save your time go to an urgent care or wait out the sickness cause U Health won't help you just cause more pain and waste your time.

The nurses there have always been very kind and expert. I love our family doctor and pediatrician but every time my kids get I’ll on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The nurses here have been so helpful.

Went for a Covid-rapid test to U-Health at Walgreens and they tried to squeeze me through a full health check to milk my insurance plus a copayment of 20 $. When I refused to sign consenting for treatment they cut off the visit and did not even give me the test results. A typical “health care” scam as there are too many. The attending personnel were only registered nurses, not even doctors. I bought the rapid Covid test for 20$ at the same Walgreens facility and tested myself: result negative!

Terrible Terrible Terrible Money making excuse of a clinic . Took over $250.00 to do Covid rapid test , pcr test and also flu test . Did rapid test first and while waiting swabbed for pcr and flu . Rapid test came positive . Repeatedly told them that rapid can come false positive but they refused to listen . Them they never did the flu test and pcr test . Did not refund the money either . I went today ( next day ) to another facility and did rapid test twice . Both negative . Wasted my money with them . Absolutely disgusting 🤮

Long wait time even when you are on time for your appointment. They gave us very low dosage of meds and we spent a few days in pain waiting for them to work. Then took an appointment with another doctor and found out the dosage was too low. Oh and get ready to spend hours when you call their customer care line.
