Dr Mohan and his staff - in particular Jessica (the nurse) are among the finest people I have ever met.Not just their expertise but truly kind as well.Dr Mohan is patient, genuine, caring, extremely knowledgeable and the list goes on and on.I feel I am in the best care with Dr Mohan and the entire staff at Cleveland Clinic.

Called for an urgent appointment due to severe pain and said nothing was available for the next 7 months. Completely unacceptable! They didn’t even try to fit us in after being an established patient of Dr. Mohan. They said to go to the emergency room if you need to be seen before the next 7 months. Unreal!!!

Dr Mohan is one of the best and caring providers I have visited. He is knowledgeable, he makes sure you understand his treatment plan. He is an amazing Doctor; I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a compassionate, well informed endocrinologist.

Horrible experience, no professionaim. Waiting 2 hrs to see him - no apologies. Was drilled with so many questions from the nurse, to his medical student and himsel. A theatrical experience along with long discussions. Even the medical student was laughing at his deliverance. No diagnose or treatment plan after all that. Will not recommend to anyone nor will I ever go back to Cleveland Clinic in Weston. Not a very good experience with them.

Empowering and encouraging patients are vital characteristics of a great endocronologist—particularly because it is difficult for patients to manage the day-to-day demands of a chronic condition. — Dr. Vineeth Mohan, however, falls significantly short of being great. He bolsters his fragile ego by demeaning the efforts of some of his patients, does not listen, lacks empathy, and can be blatantly disrespectful.

Dr. Mohan impressed me with how thorough he was when he reviewed my chart, past treatments and details of my medical condition before my first visit with him. He takes time to counsel and explain treatment options in person. He quickly responds directly to questions in the patient portal. I really appreciate the quality of care that I have received for thyroid disease.

His bedside manners leaves all to be desired. Pretentious, condescending and doesn’t listen to his patient. Regardless of level of education, which I am a retired physician, describes everything as if the patient was a grade schooler. While being in class the teacher never calls on the student that is clearly raising their hand

Dr Mohan and staff are great in all aspects he diagnosed acromegaly and basically did all and next thing i knew was in great neurosurgeon care and had pituitary tumor removal, all because he went the extra mile on what was causing my situation, thank you dr mohan and staff would reccommend to anyone , cleveland clinic nothin like it!!!

awful customer service to say the least. I suffer from a chronic thyroid condition , made an apt. w\ the endo dept. and waited 3 months to then receive a letter the dr. left the practice called back and was given a new apt. with Dr. Mohan in another 4 months. Now called twice advising that I now developed a lump close to my thyroid and was asked to send records. Explained there are no recent records because I have been waiting months to see their endo, no sooner apt. given, wait till Aug.
