Yaneth Trujillo's Online Review Report Card

I went for a physical exam. Doctor was kind but I feel that diagnosis was very basic never looked my medical history. Nurse was rude and my arm still hurts after two days as a consequence of the blood test . I had to call a couple of times to ask for my results. They keep calling to confirm the next appointment even after they canceled it. Not sure to come back.

I have been trying to make an appointment for the past 4 DAYS No one ever answers my calls I am so frustrated I am out of town and now have to physically go to the office to make an appointment for a surgery that is time sensitive and because I can’t get through to BOTH locations to make an appointment I may miss my surgery that I made months ago. Absolutely horrible. I am changing doctors.

As a new patient the office and staff were very friendly. I had some documents that needed to be signed front desk lady went out of her way to get mostly everything resolved before even seeing the provider. Amazing workflow I was in and out without having to wait.

Dr. Trujillo and staff are very professional. They make you feel like they want to help and have your best interest at hand. Wait time wasn’t too bad. I arrived 5 minutes late to my 1000am appointment and had four people in front of me. I was brought in 20 minutes later and was out before 1100am. I would highly recommend Dr. Trujillo and staff.

I was looking for a new primary care doctor, and this was one of the first results that came up that was covered by my insurance. Dr. Trujillo, however, did not seem to care to really listen to my concerns and she was in a hurry to rush me out of the door. She was dismissive of my concerns and I had to tell her to prescribe diagnostic test. Another thing that really bother me is, that she came in with a student and did not take the time to ask me if I was ok with him been there in the room with us. I think that was not professional. If I ask for a woman Dr. is because I do not feel Comfortable with male Dr. even worse with a male student. Also, she did not explain to me my lab results, and I was not clear what the Insurance paid and what was my responsibility to pay. I got the bill afterwards, to this day I still do not know if I overpay. But I would not go back to that clinic. I will find a New primary doctor. I am so disappointed and frustrated.

Too busy to spend any time, always rushing out the door. Staff is terrible, don't speak English well.

The office itself is nice and the staff was very friendly. Front desk, the nurse, and the med students were all very friendly and patient. Dr. Trujillo, however, did not seem to care to really listen to my concerns. If you just want a doctor to prescribe you whatever that matches whatever words she chose to listen to and "talk" to you about your medical concerns as she's already opening the door with a foot out in the hallway to rush out, I guess this is the place for you. I only came here because my employer switched my insurance and I had to find a new PCP.
