Bad experience with Cleveland Clinic Weston. I made an appointment online with Dr. Perez about a month ago and got a call 1 hour and 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment that the Doctor was out. After transferring me to a scheduler to set up a new time, I was told that Dr. Perez does not take any new patients. This left me wondering if he was out and I think this is a horrible way to handle patients. Not much for consideration and respect.

Dr. Perez took great care of my mother for many years. When other physician's at Cleveland Clinic wanted to place her in Hospice because of her Alzheimers', Dr. Perez continued to abide by my families/mother's wishes and treat her. We ill always be grateful for the extra years he allowed her to live.
