They Are Irresponsible. Last time I went to visit my brother it took them 30 minutes to Get him from his room. Which only left us 30 minutes to see him. When asked about it the nurse simply said it wasn't her fault.

This place is a joke. I'm not sure how they are legally still providing services. They are not helping anyone, nor have they ever, they are making people worse. Why open a behavioral health center if you aren't trying to help people? And it's not profit? That makes no sense. Don't go here, don't send anyone you know here. They are highly highly unethical and they could not care less about the people who go there looking for help.

Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Waited months for an appt. Doctor waits days to return calls after prescribing new medications with side effects resulting in ER visit. Very frustrating to deal with this facility. Also, no answering service for after hour messages. Not good when you can't reach a doctor for help. My advice is to find somewhere else.

This is the saddest excuse for a mental health facility I have ever seen. I can never get a hold of someone at the receptionist desk when I try to call, and when I finally do, they are rude and short with you, which doesn't help when working with individuals who already feel no one cares about them and their mental state, and my doctor could care less about getting back to me. I will be searching for a new doctor, pronto. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE.

Lack of communication, dangerous environment, stressfull environment, not caring, treatment seems to only involve keeping the person there to get money and drugging them up. Person that was there did not eat for 24hr because after being told many times about diet no one brought proper food till the 2nd day. Seem to make exscuse and lies when trying to find things out.
