My biggest issue with them is that every time I make an appointment, They never send me an email or even a text letting me know when my appointment is so I consistently have missed two appointments. As well, I called and set up one appointment and the receptionist said that I needed to pay an overdue payment before they could see me. I told her that I would like to call the following day when I got paid and she said that I would be able to keep the appointment. Of course, the next day, another woman answered and said that the appointment was not saved Because I did not make a payment and At this timeI was in pain with my tooth, I made a partial payment and she set up a appointment for a month later Uncaring of the only two days that I had off or that I was in pain!! And of course, no text or email confirmation. I do love the dentist, but I do not think it’s worth it dealing with the receptionists at this place.

Very satisfied with the dental care at Trailwinds Dental Care. Cynthia, my hygienist is very personable and does an awesome job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Rivera-Velez also does a great job. I have not yet needed any dental procedures other than cleaning but am very confident in Dr. Rivera-Velez. My previous dentist told me that I needed 12 crowns which is when I went looking for a different dentist.

Ali is an awesome dental hygienist, makes me laugh! He’s very courteous and does a fantastic job! Really don’t mind going to the dentist when I know Ali is going to take care of me!

Very kind and gentle staff. I was super comfortable during this visit. I have an appt to fit my permanent crown next week. I'm excited to have found my new dental office so near our new home.

Ali did an excellent job cleaning my teeth much better than the tech I have been going to for years. He removed the plaque from behind my lower teeth which had not been done on previous cleaning. I would always mention that the area needed additional attention to no avail. He was gentle and when I made him aware of a sensitive area he gave me a good suggestion to help alleviate the problem at home.
