I have been seeing Dr. Scannell for the last several years an have been satisfied overall. There were staffing challenges with COVID and some of the nurses and reception desk were rude and condescending. HOWEVER, they are no longer there and it's a much improved atmosphere. In particular, Richard, a nurse who assists the Dr. has an excellent attitude and always pleasant to interact with. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Scannell and his office staff run a very professional office. The doctor is very thorough, takes the time to answer any of my questions, gives excellent medical advice and can refer you to any medical doctor that you may need. I hadn't had a physical in many years and was recommended Dr. Scannell from a friend. I was very disappointed. He interviewed me like a message taker with a clip board. He ask me questions from a distance and really didn't even come close to examine me. He said he would call me back to go over all my results from the series of tests I ordered. A week or two later I received a call back from his nurse telling me everything was okay but she never provided any details. I ask her to tell me some details from my tests my blood pressure, cholesterol, did I have anti-bodies from covid etc. I received no information from him or his nurse. I asked his nurse why the doctor didn't call me back like he promised, and she said I would need to schedule another apptmt to get any information. I'm EXTREMLY disappointed! He should just retire if this is the type of care he gives his patients.
